I'm going with Turks because they get prety much everything good. You've got the upgraded cavalry, the monks can convert buildings, and upgraded towers. The only problem with the Turks is that they do not get upgraded onagers, but they do get bombard canons which is all I need. Not to mention the Janissarys are OP as heck! Get five of them and they will blow down anything in their path.
