I can draw self portraits and hands perfectly fine (preferably paint), I don't get how this is the hardest area to draw for some people. For me it gets really hard proportioning the body in general and drawing feet or shoes. I actually always just chop off the legs when I'm drawing so it only shows the upper-body

I am not really an expert of drawing bodies in full but the only easy part was the joints for the sketch depends on the pose of the person.
I can sketch eyes realistically, but I can't do cartoon! It always looks completely ridiculous, and I can never tell when to add anime eyes or regular cartoon eyes on a character I'm drawing! That's why I stick to realism

Definitively positive that this is generally impossible. Anyone who can draw feet is a god in my eyes... If I ever do draw the full body, I have something covering the feet (very obviously, might I add) like grass or something.
