Top 10 Bands That Suck

I've compiled a list of bands that, in my opinion, suck. This is not purely based on my opinion alone, I've had a lot of feedback and I was sure to include the most popular complains in my list, but the selection was largely based on my taste.
The Top Ten
1 The Jonas Brothers The Jonas Brothers are an American pop rock band. Formed in 2005, they gained popularity from their appearances on the Disney Channel television network.

So, I am definitely wondering how bands like Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance, 30 Seconds to Mars, Blink182, Avenged Sevenfold, and other great bands are even on this list? Do you guys realize that voting for those bands on THIS list is a bad thing or is there some confusion there? Cause I can see no other way for them to be anywhere on this list.

most cliche band out of the entire list. All their songs sound exactly the same and they don't really cover much emotional range in their songs, plus their instrumentals suck.

hahahahahaha
Disney always says this is the best band rock of Disney! That's why only posers see Disney Chanell!

If this is the best band of Disney what's that saying about the other Disney artists!
Laugh out loud
The most irritating music EVER!

2 One Direction One Direction (commonly abbreviated as 1D) were a British-Irish pop boy band based in London, composed of Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and previously, Zayn Malik until his departure from the band on 25 March 2015. The group signed with Simon Cowell's record label Syco Records after forming and finishing third in the seventh series of the British televised singing competition The X Factor in 2010. Propelled to international success by social media, One Direction's four albums, Up All Night (2011), Take Me Home, Midnight Memories and Four topped charts in most major markets, and generated hit singles including "What Makes You Beautiful", "Live While We're Young", and ...read more.

So these guys probably aren't the worst band here but they don't have any votes. I'm genuinely curious why simple plan, blink 182 and Short Stack are on this list. Short stack are amazing and Blink182 rocks!

This band should be 1st. And why is Epica on the 4th place?

They sucks. That's all!

3 Brokencyde Brokencyde is an American crunkcore musical group from Albuquerque, New Mexico, founded in 2006. The group's lineup consists of David "Se7en" Gallegos and Michael "Mikl" Shea, and musically are one of the founding groups in the crunkcore genre, which is crunk hip-hop with screamed vocals.

This is legitimately bad. The others on this list are at least music or can be described as "art". This is neither. This is just bad.

Their music is complete garbage. Everything about them is garbage. They are talentless and stupid.

A disgrace to fans of music, a disgrace to music, and an overall disgrace to humanity itself

They are an insult to just about every genre there is, this includes the ones they don't play

4 Blood On the Dance Floor Blood on the Dance Floor was an American electronic music group from Orlando, Florida, originally consisting of Dahvie Vanity and several other members over time. The group formed in 2006, with former members including Jayy Von Monroe (2009–2016) and Garrett Ecstasy (2009), all of whom provided vocals for the project... read more

Their music is always about then getting laid. Geez, sing out about something else. It's awfully annoying to listen to that annoying screamo-voice Jayy has. Not to be mean.

They look creepy and weird and their most popular song "Bewitched" was just bad but their second most popular song "Rise and shine" I think was ok.-TheCoolGuy1

This list is 90% similar to "Top Ten Worst Bands Ever" list.

5 The Naked Brothers Band The Naked Brothers Band are an American pop rock duo from New York, New York, consisting of brothers Nat and Alex Wolff. The siblings are known for their work on the Nickelodeon television series The Naked Brothers Band, which was created and produced by their mother, actress Polly Draper. It was adapted from the self-titled mockumentary film that Draper wrote and directed. The duo's initial teen pop boy band called "The Naked Brothers Band" was depicted as part of its participation in their Nickelodeon series that aired from 2007 to 2009. They have released four full-length albums and have been nominated for several awards.

Loli forgot they existed just like everyone else forgot too haha

I don’t really care about this band but whoever made this list is inexperienced and has no idea what music theory even is.

This isn't a real band

6 Imagine Dragons Imagine Dragons is an American pop rock band from Provo, Utah, and are now based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Imagine Dragons' lineup consists of lead vocalist Dan Reynolds, guitarist Wayne Sermon, bassist Ben McKee, and drummer Daniel Platzman. The band first gained exposure with the release of their single "It's Time", followed by their award-winning debut studio album Night Visions (2012), which resulted in the chart-topping singles "Radioactive" and "Demons". Rolling Stone named "Radioactive", which holds the record for most weeks charted on the Billboard Hot 100, the "biggest rock hit of the year".

Dan Reynolds' holier than thou complex made me stop listening to Imagine Dragons.

7 Fall Out Boy Fall Out Boy is an American pop punk band formed in Wilmette, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, in 2001. The band consists of vocalist and guitarist Patrick Stump, bassist Pete Wentz, guitarist Joe Trohman, and drummer Andy Hurley.

Their music is just dull and plain, yet they manage to make their music sound awfully irritating.

8 My Chemical Romance My Chemical Romance is an American rock band from Jersey City, New Jersey, active from 2001 to 2013, and again from 2019 to present day. For much of their career, the band consisted of lead vocalist Gerard Way, guitarists Ray Toro and Frank Iero, bassist Mikey Way, and drummer Bob Bryar.

I probably get lots of downvotes here. I like their musical styles, but Gerard is really really suck when it comes to LIVE. And their fangirls are annoying too. Just because you like the band and their songs, you don't have too ignore their flaws

An over-the-top band, with their exaggerated and unnecessary "artistry", they are like the Lady Gaga of rock music. Always pushing it and sounding annoying in the same time.

9 Skillet Skillet is an American Christian rock band formed in Memphis, Tennessee in 1996 and based in the United States.

I Don't see how Skillet is terrible. Their songs are good and they actually play live in 90% of their song at their concerts (Unlike the Justin Beiber and others).(The 10% are most of their songs from Comatose.) But I can kinda agree their style of music has always the same.No change. I'm glad they sort of -sort of- changed it up with Unleashed. The members can play well as shown in their Podcasts. John and Jen both have amazing voices (although I strongly think John's age is kind of catching up with his singing. Compare voices with Awake and Unleashed.) Jen is a very skilled drummer as she is only 27 or 28(seems old, it isn't). And can someone explain how Skillet has 2 Grammy nominations? Yeah, their -totally- terrible.

If you want to get musically technical, skillet's live performances are actually terrible... while one can argue that they can get the crowd worked up and put on a "good show" (depending what you expect out of a band), they suck.
They may make music many people like on their CD's, and some people may feel a connection to the lyrics of their songs, but they SUCKS at playing their songs live... this is one of those bands that I enjoy listening to their recorded albums but would never go to see them live in concert.

This band is awful! Lead vocalist constantly yells when the style of their music doesn't match his awful screaming...the girl/drummer or whatever she sucks also & only gets attention because she's a female..."are you sick of it?! "...yes, every time this terrible song plays on the radio.

I've heard people say they're the best rock band and I don't know why! The dude just screams his lyrics as loud as he can and the woman just gets recognition, because she is a woman! If you want a band with a excellent female vocalist, go listen to Blondie.

10 30 Seconds to Mars Thirty Seconds to Mars (commonly stylized as 30 Seconds to Mars) is an American alternative rock band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1998. The band currently consists of brothers Jared and Shannon Leto.

Pop arena rock. Leto and his crappy music. All the bands are playing it safe this days. No one is writing music to challenge the system or ourselves anymore, just generic pop rock doogie. I'm over this pretentious band

Whoever put this screw you, and I hope a robber steals your money.

What this is the best band!

The Contenders
11 The Used The Used is an American rock band formed in Orem, Utah, in 2001. The group consists of vocalist Bert McCracken, bassist Jeph Howard, drummer Dan Whitesides, and guitarist Joey Bradford.

To me, they are the most annoying stupid bunch of people. Their music barely sounds like music and they are just dull pretending to be cool.

12 Tokio Hotel Tokio Hotel are a pop rock band from Magdeburg, Germany, consisting of Bill Kaulitz (singer), Tom Kaulitz (guitar), Gustav Schäfer (drums) and Georg Listing (keyboards, bass) that formed in 2001. ...read more.

From their hair-spray addicted lead vocalist to their generic music and lyrics, most their fans either drool over the twins or got hooked to the bands' emo look and gimmick. Their music, however, fails on so many different levels.

13 Falling in Reverse Falling in Reverse is an American post hardcore band from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2008, signed to Epitaph Records. ...read more.
14 Panic! at the Disco Panic! at the Disco was an American pop rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2004 and featuring the current lineup of vocalist Brendon Urie, accompanied on tour by bassist Dallon Weekes, guitarist Kenneth Harris, and drummer Dan Pawlovich.

Brendon Urie sucks... its not even panic at the disco anymore its just Brendon Urie. he has such an amazing voice and to see how he sold out to pop hurts me to the core. Always listened to Panic at the disco but when it was just Brendon! the musical style and everything overall started to go downhill!... this is gospel for the fallen ones. inseparable bastards

I agree with the comment on this "band". Brendon Urie is an excellent singer, but he IS a sellout. He should abandon the name of the "band" and go solo because to me, there's no band if it's just one guy.

15 Linkin Park Linkin Park is an American alternative rock band formed in Agoura Hills, California, in 1996. The current members include Mike Shinoda (vocals, keyboards, rhythm guitar), Brad Delson (guitar), Dave "Phoenix" Farrell (bass), Joe Hahn (DJ), and Rob Bourdon (drums). Linkin Park is associated with a mixture of alternative rock, hip hop, and techno. Some of their influences include Nine Inch Nails, Deftones,... read more

Their earlier work was amazing. It was the later stuff they released just prior to Bennington's death that really gave us the cold shoulder.

Yeah the worst rap band en worst rock band.
They said it's metal and it's not even rock it's pop.
This band sucked

They only had two good albums which were hybrid theory and meteora, their new work sucks.

16 Twenty One Pilots Twenty One Pilots is an American musical duo that is originally from Columbus, Ohio, who are best known for their songs "Stressed Out", "Heathens" and "Ride". Currently there are two members, Tyler Joseph (lead vocals, piano, keyboards, synthesizers, ukulele, bass and guitar) and Josh Dun (drums and ...read more.

Not even that good overrated as hell

These guys are NOT rock!

17 Limp Bizkit Limp Bizkit is an American nu-metal/rap metal/rock band from Jacksonville, Florida, formed in 1994. Their lineup consists of Fred Durst, Sam Rivers, John Otto, and Wes Borland. They're mostly known for their singles like Break Stuff, My Way, My Generation, Nookie, Eat You Alive, Rollin', and Take a Look Around... read more

Not so suck, this band is really great. Just you stupid people is hated this band. Laugh out loud, limp Bizkit is awesome band.

Worst vocals I've ever heard,
No rhythm when rapping,
Annoying while singing,
Curses too much.
No hate.
No class.

This band suck!

18 The Chainsmokers The Chainsmokers are an American DJ and production duo consisting of Alex Pall and Andrew Taggart. The EDM-pop duo achieved a breakthrough with their 2014 song "#Selfie", which was a top twenty single in several countries.

They Chainsmokers are just weird.

19 Epica Epica is a Dutch symphonic metal band, founded by guitarist and vocalist Mark Jansen after his departure from After Forever.

Epica sucks. They first album The Phantom Agony was pretty good but they other albums suck. They have the same lyrical theme on every album. They instrumentals aren't good either. Mark Jansen's growls are stupid and annoying. They music videos are stupid and they are trying too hard to use Simone's beauty to get famous. I mean seriously? Simone always acts like a super model in their music videos. Now lets get to Simone. She is one of the worst live singers in the world. She always shows half of her boobs in live concert because she wants to irritate the male audience so they won't care if she sings terrible or not. Simone is also a Tarja-wannabe but she fails hard at being like Tarja. She is also very rude(she insulted Evanescence). Epica is a terrible band. They should quit they stupid band

Arguably the best band on this list, they made the list based on the annoyance factor. They simply annoy me with their attempts in symphonic metal. Some lyrics are generic and cliche and the instrumentals sound very try-hardish. Simone Simons has an amazing voice, but voice alone does not make the music good. With some improvement I might like them, but with what they have done so far, they are annoying to the extreme.

I simply hate them.
Mark is a horrible "growler", Simone sounds like a retard live, and her dumbass fans constantly blame her corset or the fact that she is I'll quote : "sick".
If the band was any good they wouldn't cancel the entire tour if the singer gets a cold.

Simone Simons' voice sucks. She doesn't respect the other bands (such as Evanescence, that she said they are a pop-rock band). I simply hate Simone Simons. She is just more one "singer". Her voice is annoying for me. She wouldn't sing symphonic metal.

20 Maroon 5 Maroon 5 is an American pop/pop rock band that originated in Los Angeles, California. Before the current group was established, the original four members, Adam Levine, Jesse Carmichael Mickey Madden and Ryan Dusick, formed a band known as Kara's Flowers in 1994, while they were still in high school.

Maroon 5 used to be a great band. After 2011, they've since sold their souls.

They sound like they ate helium they suck

I hate Adam Levine's voice!

21 Paramore Paramore is an American rock band from Franklin, Tennessee, formed in 2004. The band currently consists of lead vocalist Hayley Williams, guitarist Taylor York, and drummer Zac Farro.

I loved Paramore in the Riot! Times. Now it's gotten pretty boring. Same melodies, same lyrics, and most annoyingly, same topics. All Hayley writes about is how other band members betrayed her friendship. And now she doesn't even have the same strong voice she used to, so their music is getting progressively worse, old and repetitive.

they are absolute POSERS! browsing through poster in the music store and all I see is paramore! plus I think they have no indeviduallity and almost all their songs sound the same and simply don't like their image.
her voice sounds more like an american accent then a melody! STOP TRYING TO BE COOL

Williams' voice isn't "bad", but it gets annoying. Despite all the range people claim she has, I find vocals very "bleh". Matches with the band she domineers. Their latest album does not live up to the hype; I only found one song was actually good. The rest were washed-up, generic, forgettable.

To make it short and sweet, boring.

What is so special about this band? Most of their songs just blend and sound the same. They are not necessarily bad, and Hayley Williams does seem to have a good voice, but their music is nothing special, pretty much the same as any other punk rock band out there today.

22 Black Veil Brides Black Veil Brides is an American rock band currently consisting of Andy Biersack (vocals), Jinxx (guitar), Jake Pitts (guitar), Christian Coma (drums) and Ashley Purdy (bass), that formed in 2006 in Ohio. In the beginning of their career, the band was heavily associated with the emo subculture, and had strong metalcore, screamo and alternative influences, however got more metal oriented over the years. Their songs usually carry a message of acceptance, believing in yourself and being individual and different. Among their most well known songs are "Knives and Pens", "Rebel Love Song", "In the End" and "Fallen Angels".

I honestly don't think these guys are that bad. But they do need to lose the Motely Crue getup. That's the only nitpick I have to say.

They sucks, enough said!

23 Blog 27

I certainly don't need an over-acting, over-the-top, tone-deaf and most certainly irritating lead vocalist prancing around to meaningless jabber, banal lyrics and mismatched/awful instrumentals. This bands' music is meaningless, the singers' voice and technique is abysmal and the songs are terrible.

24 Avenged Sevenfold Avenged Sevenfold is an American heavy metal band, that was formed 1999 in California. Their longest lineup of members was M. Shadows (Vocals), Synyster Gates (Lead Guitar), Zacky Vengeance (Rhythm Guitar), Johnny Christ (Bass Guitar), and The Rev (Drums). ...read more.

Avenged Sevenfold is one of the most amazing metal bands there are. This list is a little too critical.

The singing is annoying and horrible. the "music" if you want to call it that is non-musical

Mediocre nu metal band, extremely overrated and has most annoying fan base... Enough said.

This band is OKAY, but the fan base is just annoying.

25 Rage Against the Machine Rage Against the Machine is a rap metal band formed in Los Angeles, California. The band consists of vocalist Zack de la Rocha, bassist Tim Commerford, guitarist Tom Morello and drummer Brad Wilk.

Why would I wanna listen to a band of anarchists who burned the flag on stage?

Umm what? Haha I don't think so
