Bands have multiple guitarists, but these bands have the greatest guitarists. Some of the guitarists of a same band may not perform at same time but they used to play for the band. These guitarist may be lead guitarist or rhythm guitarist or both. Please add more if you like it.

1 The Yardbirds - Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck The Yardbirds are an English rock band formed in London in 1963 that had a string of hits during the mid-1960s, including "For Your Love", "Heart Full of Soul" and "Over Under Sideways Down".

I think Jeff Beck was the most technical among them. And the most underrated to this day.

All of them are best.

2 Iron Maiden - Adrian Smith, Dave Murray Iron Maiden are an English Heavy Metal band formed in Leyton, East London, in 1975 by bassist and primary songwriter Steve Harris. The most critically acclaimed period for the band was from 1983-1989. With vocalist Bruce Dickinson, bassist Steve Harris, lead guitarist Dave Murray, rhythm guitarist Adrian Smith, and drummer Nicko McBrain. Smith left the band in 1989 and was replaced by Janick Gers. Gers replaced Smith and then Smith rejoined. Dennis Stratton was also a rhythm guitarist before Adrian originally joined.

Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan (Drums), their most notable drummer, passed away in 2009, being temporarily replaced by Mike Portnoy, who was replaced by Arin Ilejay, who was finally replaced with Brooks Wackerman. 12 The Allman Brothers - Gregg Allman, Dickey Betts, Duane Allman

While Gregg did play some guitar, he's more known as a keyboardist in the Allman Brothers Band. Also, Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks are worth mentioning.

These three were the most prominent ones.

13 The Kinks - Dave Davies, Ray Davies The Kinks were an English rock band formed in Muswell Hill, North London, in 1964 by brothers Ray and Dave Davies. They are regarded as one of the most important and influential rock bands of the 1960s.

Ray wasn't entirely dedicated to it. He would usually either not play or strum simply while he sang.
