Top Ten Most Beautiful Musical Instruments
You can even make songs right in your own home!
A fine righteous in display invention.
Definitely the most beautiful musical instrument in the world bar none. Its sound is so pure and pitch perfect. It's also the hardest instrument in the world to play.
I've been playing the Violin for a year now and what I love about it is that you can do vibrato which is so nice. But takes months in order to do this. It's so nice I listen to Violin music to help me fall asleep at night.
My sister plays this and I do not like the sound but I still love it and I love the flute
Leaves all other musical instruments behind the starting post.
Definitely most beautiful, high pitched and sweet, it's crisp and clear,. It sounds like the harmonious amd beautiful chirp of a morning bird. Unlike oboe which sounds like a dying chicken, or the violin, which sounds like nails on a chalk board, the flute is harmonious and melodious. Gentle yet firm and criap. Soothing sound that's emotionally healing and a powerful river of feeling can be played. The guitar is emotionless and clumsy, while the drums are harsh and noisy. The saxophones are incredibly loud and annoying, while the trumpets blaring and ear splitting. Cellos, Tubas and trombonist are low and sound like farting. The flute is dedicated soft. its peaceful tube floating through the air, riding on the wind, and being the graeful instrument it is. It's tune is like a gentle spring breeze, charmingly soothing the hearts, minds and ears of all who hear its truly lovely tune. The flute is hard to master, much harder then all instruments, but beautiful in the end. It is the best instrument, not to mention, the first to be invented! #1 flutes!
The harp is outstandingly beautiful because the sound is angelic and sweet. It is one of my greatest dreams to someday own one myself. My second favourite instrument is guitar because it is a fun and versatile instrument that I can sing along to!
Harp has a beautiful sound and it's a beautiful instrument in general, haven't you seen movies of angels playing a harp?
I totally reckon the harp is most beautiful because it is angelic and was featured in the bible.
I like playing the harp in Zelda: Skyward Sword.
So many pieces and songs can be played on a Violoncello. Anything from harsh, rushed music to calm, peaceful music, the cello is outstandingly beautiful no matter what it plays. The range of pitch and volume is absolutely outstanding and I am amazed constantly by the sheer beauty of it. When there's a high note it sounds like an angel singing in the morning and the low notes rattle the earth into oblivion. The cello is by far my favorite instrument and is even more so the most beautiful, sinister, and moving instrument you will ever hear in your life.
This is a beautiful instrument similar to a human male's voice in both range and tone. From its resonating low harmonies to its passionately played higher melodies, the cello possesses the power to transcend barriers and to touch the heart.
So soothing and beautiful. I can play my mom to sleep with it.
Classical guitar is the best
When played right, it has an amazing sound.
I love clarinet so much! It has super lovely sound, at the same time mysterious and even a bit medieval, but also so beautiful and calming. Plus it is so versatile instrument, you can play all sort of music with it: classic, jazz, rock and roll, country etc., whatever you want! Additionally, clarinet is very beautiful-looking and super lightweight instrument, therefore you can carry it so easily and also play it virtually everywhere! I always enjoy hugely when I can sit down, relax and listen the tune of this gorgeous instrument played by skillful girls and boys, there is simply no better feeling! I often close my eyes to make the pleasure perfect. :) Here in Finland, clarinet is called "klarinetti", but I often call it also "klara" (it is like a nickname, the English translation would be like clary) since I think it is so cute name for this cute and adorable instrument! My other nicknames for clarinet are "the instrument of angels" and "queen of the wind instruments". All in all, ...more
Seriously. The clarinet is AWESOME and should be number 1. Not only does it make a beautiful sound, you can play many types of music with it too.
Clarinets are awesome they should be number 1 I play the Clarinet and it is the best instrument in the woodwind family!
I love this one. I play it for band and it is amazing. Best one out there.
This should be number 1, it's so much better than all the others except the harp
Beautiful with rich history and sound (classical guitar+flute are awesome+ saxophone)
The pipe organ is a symphony all to itself and deserves the number 1 spot.
The pipe organ consists of hundreds and thousands of pipes all enclosed in wooden casings behind hundreds of beautiful facade pipes.
Through its multiple divisions, the pipe organ can offer the sounds of flutes, piccolos, trumpets, clarinets, string instruments, and even the human voice through choir divisions, and of course lets not forget the thunderous great division.
The pipe organ can play some of the softest and quietest musical notes ever known, and it can also play the loudest and most powerful musical notes.
The pipe organ has been around a VERY long time, and is not only used for worship in churches, but also for live music in concert halls, and there are multiple symphonies composed that only a pipe organ can play such as the famous toccatas.
The Pipe organ is both the largest and most powerful instrument ever known in existence, with enough different sound divisions to rival a ...more
This definitely deserves the first place - it's the biggest, most complex acoustic instrument, and has the widest range, an incredible sound power and is way more versatile than people nowadays think! In the early 1900s it even replaced orchestras in theaters!
Has anyone heard Lisa Simpson play it?
It can sound very comical, and very destructive... But when played with a nice tone, it can give one of the nicest sounds with the a high amount of singing quality.
