I loved using the Sidekick. I didn't have this one but I had every one before it. Very easy to use, handle, and it's not too hard to get used too. Downsides are the battery life, T-Mobile sucked with the Sidekicks after 2011, and texting and calling was terrible because nobody could hear you or you cold barely understand them. Overall, very wonderful phone if you don't want anythinig too tech savvy, and if you're willing to constantly charge the battery every 5 to 8 minutes.
