1Kurt Cobain - NirvanaKurt Cobain was born February 20, 1967, in Aberdeen, Washington. In 1988, he started the grunge band Nirvana. He was a talented yet troubled grunge performer. Kurt Cobain became a rock legend in the 1990s with his band. He committed suicide at his Seattle home in 1994.

Without a doubt the best frontman of the 90's and one of the best of all time. I have friends who get emotional when they hear his music because they miss him. If that doesn't make him a legendary frontman, I don't know what will - Danielsun182

By far greatest frontman of the 90s, he didn't start grunge but he killed hair metal single handedly and turned grunge mainstream, I can only name one other person/band to end a genre and turn the main stream like he did. - roflcash4
