You know, he has all these cool weapons and the laughing gas and that little flower that sprays acid; that one is funny.
A madman with his toys will always win. He has all the pies, acid, guns, laughing gas, etc. No villian will ever come to the rise of the Joker. When used properly, the Joker can own anyone that dares challenges him.
Regime Superman may have been the main antagonist, but Insurgency Joker was the one who triggered his rage to begin with. He drugged Superman into killing Lois and her unborn child, before blowing up Metropolis, all for a good laugh

With proper practice Deathstroke is a ranged beast capable of incredible zoning abilities yet he is hated amongst the fighter community due to the amount of button mashers who spam his specials. With enough practice he is one of the fiercest competitors in this game.
