Best Movies of 2001

I love watching this movie even now 16 years a term it's release really good keeps you entertained for the entirety of its 2 hour plus run time.

I watch this movie more then 200 times. Awesome movie I have ever seen. Gandalf really at his best in this movie.

Great movie, even though it's the least best of the trilogy, it's still amazing.

This movie is my childhood, I watched it a ton of times and never got bored, I also own the DVD, in my opinion, this is the second best movie of the year.

It began a revolutionary new film series!

In my opinion, this is probably the first most unique Jake Gyllenhaal character he ever played. Not that his past performances where bad, but they were characters that I've seen in other movies. There is only character that Jake was born to play, and that title goes to Donnie Darko. He is funny, charming, intriguing but at the same time he was dangerous, mysterious and deep. And the movie surrounding this character just makes the experience all the more awesome. Definitely one of my top 10 favorite films of all time.

Pretty great heist film. The plan the protagonist comes up with to infiltrate a high-secure casino is quite clever; it even had a twist to it's plan.

11? I going to be honest the first one of shrek wasn't so funny than I remember, I like more the first one, monsters inc is funny but not so original, I don't liked jurassic park 3, the only movies than is probably better than this one are spirited away and the fellowship of the ring

Made by Christopher Nolan: a proven great director, what with Dark Knight, Inception, and Interstellar. I still have yet to see this, but the concept is an interesting thing to play with, and knowing Nolan, I'm sure it's executed well.

Worst jurassic park movie ever.

Spielberg's direction from the works of Kubrick leaves us a great Sci-Fi with great philosophic questions, the story of a robot who learns to love

This movie had a very interesting plot, one that might've confused many viewers, but that is exactly what is so phenomenal about this motion picture.

Made by the same director as "Perfect Blue," Satoshi Kon. Although not nearly as horrific or psychological as "Perfect Blue," it's still just about as deep as it. You dig deep into the nature and personal life of a celebrity, just not in a mind-bending way.

One of Disney's underrated animated gems. If you haven't seen it yet, give it a try.

Basically the A.I.: Artificial Intelligence of 2001 Anime Films. If you like movies like that; ones that look into the philosophy of robot A.I., you will very likely love this movie here.

It's hard to find anything that beats Moulin Rouge. The filming, the script, the acting and the music are perfect. A truly great film.
