She is strict when it comes to morals and manners and seems to be very straight-laced, a trait not too many people are fond of.
That said, Blossom is the most underrated because it's easier to see this side of her rather than her more epic side in episodes. Just look at her in 'Stuck Up, Up, and Away' when she beats the heck out of Princess after defeating her sisters. Whereas Buttercup and Bubbles attacked her head-on, Blossom let her come at her and then proceeds to kick her butt. While being cute, it is quite obvious that her plans lead her sisters to victory. What makes Blossom epic is that not only does she have as much brute force as her sisters, she is also smart. She's the one that outsmarts the villains on numerous occasions, which is badass, no? Don't forget the movie where she shows the girls how fighting was the only way to save Townsville from the monkeys. Buttercup even suggested this out of a fit of rage and punching Rocko Socko, but Blossom's the one who showed how they could use that to their advantage.
Blossom, like her sisters, has her weaknesses. She's not flawless. Look at her in 'Mane Event' where she cries and flies away after being humiliated, stole something to make another happy, and even felt unneeded and wanted to feel useful in 'Not so Awesome Blossom.' And just like her siblings, Blossom learns from said insecurities, even using them to her lead. Even Buttercup says that she's badass and awesome, and that's because she's smart and can outwit enemies. ('Power-Noia' and even the movie, Buttercup says this!)
The best thing about Blossom (besides her cute bow) is that she does care for her sisters. As the leader, she is determined, a fiery redhead, and cares very well for her sisters' well-being. Having rewatched the episodes, I feel the most similar to her, and I'm not the smartest person in the world.

Buttercup and Blossom are cool too, but they are sometimes rude towards Bubbles. You all say Bubbles is also rude towards Buttercup, but it's because she's only doing it to defend herself and toughen up. Bubbles is a crybaby, but aren't we all as well? Bubbles is relatable. Stop hating on her. You're just hating on her because you are just like her.
I love Bubbles very much. I loved Buttercup when I was 4-5 years old, but now that I'm older, I pretty much relate to Bubbles. Bubbles deserves better and lots of love. I'm glad that she's No. 1. She is sweet, cute, caring, and lovable.

Buttercup does most of the work and is always willing to help, not just sit there and be lazy. She was, in fact, the one who found an easier way to fight enemies, as proven in the movie. She may bully and have insecurities, but I can relate to her in those situations. She also has no special power, which is not fair, and feels like she is not special, which makes me feel sorry for her. But guess what? She doesn't need it because she is gifted to be naturally strong. She is a little bit of everything, from intelligence to cuteness, to toughness, to happiness, and more.
Mojo Jojo is a fictional character from the American animated television series, The Powerpuff Girls, created by animator Craig McCracken for Cartoon Network. Of all the animated villains I know, this is one of them that is constantly being thwarted by his protagonistic counterpart. Mojo's honor of me liking Mojo over Him is being echoed through his stunts, which include gathering all the bad guys to form a league of supervillains, to reverse-engineering the Powerpuff DNA, and making evil twins of the Powerpuff Girls out of it.
Mojo Jojo is an absolutely unique character! From his exposed mutated brain to his own redundant and epic way of speaking, and his Japanese anime-esque megalomaniac voice and personality, he is definitely the best thing this show had to offer (though 5-year-old girls who are also superhuman vigilantes is also a terrific idea). He is neutral in his actions and doesn't take crap from anyone.

What an underrated character, though Buttercup is my favorite, I had to talk about this one. He loves his girls so unconditionally, no matter what they do. In the episode Knock It Off, his love saves the girls' lives. He does so much in the series yet gets no love at all! He's brave, caring, wise, and knows what is best for the girls.
He's so kind and funny. A brilliant father figure.

I noticed that Brick has a lot in common with Buttercup, even though they are not the same counterpart, more than Blossom. The only things that Blossom and Brick have in common are that they look the same and are both leaders. Brick and Buttercup are pretty much the angriest, most short-tempered, and enraged. Both are the most revengeful and competitive. They both like to solve things with fighting and enjoy it as a hobby. Both are mean to their blue members a lot (Brick to Boomer and Buttercup to Bubbles). They also don't like to be sensitive, and they both think they are the strongest and the best. There are so many things in common between Brick and Buttercup.
I like him more than his counterpart. He is really funny for being dumb. And he sometimes can be so dumb that it is funny. He is bad, but he is entertaining, and treated badly by Brick.
He is cute and funny. Why can't he be in the top ten?

Butch is so amazing! I just love this character! Plus, his hair looks so tough! I mostly like when he is twitching and when he is excited, even though some people despise him for that. I find it unique and funny to watch.
I prefer Butch in PPGZ over the original. His voice is cuter, and he looks much better in PPGZ. In the original, Butch has a weird voice and he is not very cute. He acts very weird as well. I prefer Brick. Though the original show is kinda better than PPGZ.
Butch became my absolute favourite PPG villain when I first heard of the Rowdyruff Boys. I even like the cowlick more than the color.
Since Mojo Jojo has a lot of episodes which make him seem pretty harmless, or at least not purely evil, this is a villain that perfectly fits this description. Him is evil incarnate, which makes sense since he's basically Satan. He torments the girls more psychologically than physically, and feeds off of hatred and pain. Of all the villains in the show, Him is by far the most evil and the scariest. Just his voice alone is enough to creep you out. Don't get me wrong, I find Mojo Jojo more fun to watch, but if we're talking about who's the more sinister and threatening villain, it's definitely Him.
She was super smart and pretty much told the mayor what he should do. Despite her gorgeous looks, that wasn't her strongest trait. It was her intelligence. Honestly, she is way more of a feminist icon than Wonder Woman.
She's so kind and nice. In the episode where the PPG were arrested, Miss Bellum was the only one who believed them.

To think that the impostor Bliss would disgrace Bunny by taking her place as the fourth Powerpuff Girl in the reboot. From then on and onwards, the reboot only serves to make me appreciate more of the original series. And Bunny was one of the most memorable (and tragic) moments in the original. Sure, she was ugly and not perfect, but at the end of the day, when she would sacrifice herself to save her sisters who created her by setting right what was once wrong with the criminals, Bunny was truly a good sister, a good person, and most importantly, a Powerpuff Girl. One that we could never forget, next to Bullet.
I almost cried during her episode.
Her debut episode left both a heartbreaking and heartwarming impression on me. In her debut episode Superfriends, she moves in as a neighbor next to Professor Utonium and the Powerpuff Girls. Bubbles quickly befriends her and introduces her to her sisters, quickly making all of them become the best of friends. They get to hang out and play around with each other for a while until The Mayor starts using a signal in the sky to get The Powerpuff Girls to fight off monsters and crime.
What follows is a rather tear-jerking but awesome song, going along with a montage of Robin being left alone as the girls go off to fight crime and save the day every time they try to get together. I felt even more sorry for Robin when she had to look to that brat Princess Morbucks for friendship. It was even worse when Morbucks tried to manipulate her by forcing her to rob a grocery store and frame her, just so the rich, spoiled princess could become a Powerpuff Girl. Thankfully, the Powerpuff Girls are able to save Robin and have Morbucks arrested for the crime.
At the end of the episode, all's well that ends well when Robin and the girls learn a valuable lesson about balancing time between spending it together as friends and going off to save the day. It was quite satisfying that Professor Utonium took matters into his own hands to divert The Mayor's signal and call in order to let Robin and the girls have time to play together at the end of the episode. I really wished Robin could have been used in more episodes of the original, but that doesn't mean I can't like her for the character that she was in her first and only episode. It's a shame that she was reduced to nothing but an eye-jarring extra who does nothing to contribute to the story in the 2016 reboot. But regardless, I could never forget Robin and the wonderful episode she first appeared in.
