They explored new musical territory fusing medieval music and rock. Incorporating diverse instrumentation such as recorders, crumhorms, bassoon and mandolin they sounded like no-one else. Richard Harvey and Brian Gulland are brilliant multi-intrumentalists, Graeme Taylor, like Steve Howe, a versatile guitarist in many styles. David Oberle great on a drum-kit or various percussion and vocals. Later members of comparable ability. Pity they only lasted for 5 albums
