Top 10 Best Shadows Fall Songs
The first song off of the War Within album and the first song you should ever check out from Shadows Fall. I love how the song opens with that beautiful acoustic peice then out of nowhere comes this crazy solo. Definitely their best song ever.
Just plain Awesome! The intro is memorising and the first guitar solo at the start it just amazing. The Song never fails to start me headbanging.
Early shadows fall is far and away the best stuff. They rereleased this song but the original EP version is better. Along with First Noble Truth, this is one of the best recordings they've done.
This song is legendary in my opinion. When I listen it I listen again every time. This song isn't just screaming in case of other metalcore songs. It's Just Beautiful
The first song I EVER heard by Shadows Fall. I remember liking it so much I bought AOB..and I liked THAT so much I bought tickets to see the Headbanger's Ball tour with them, Killswitch Engage, Lamb of God and some opening band from Massachusetts that nobody had heard of yet called Unearth
Should be in the top ten. Has awesome guitar riffs and vocals!
I'm shocked that so many of their lighter, more accessible and radio friendly songs are so much higher than their classic, heavier and more artistic ones... well maybe I SHOULDN'T be shocked but I'm still not happy about it. Anyway, I'm glad to see that this song is at least KIND OF high on the list (#15) although it should be in the top 5...I mean really guys...how are ANY songs from after War Within above this?

The bass and rum intro is just killer and the song lyrics are so beautiful. Brings tears to my eyes every time. This is definitely in the top 5 Shadows Fall songs
Shadows Fall classic. Fast, thrashy, heavy, powerful, epic, melodic, and a fantastic solo. Not sure how this managed to end up so low on the list. Even below Casting Shade, which is love, but it's only an interlude, not a full song.
I'd probably put this in my top 5. This was when they weren't worried about sounding mainstream and were just themselves and I have absolutely NO doubt that AOB is their best album and this is one of the best songs from it.
