181Ray Wylie Hubbard
182Mary Margaret O'Hara
183Tom ScholzDonald Thomas "Tom" Scholz is an American rock musician, inventor, engineer, and philanthropist, best known as the founder of the band Boston.

He was the main songwriter for the INCREDIBLE band, Boston! I love them so much!.. Their classic first album was the best selling debut album ever, and let me tell you, it's AMAZING! -

184Beth Nielsen Chapman
185Amia Franz

Amia is an amazing new relatively unknown artist that is getting more and more recognition. She has an incredible voice, is a critically acclaimed songwriter and is very beautiful. She is a new artist to watch!

186Christina AguileraChristina MarĂa Aguilera is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer, best known for songs such as "Beautiful", "Genie In A Bottle", "Fighter", "Hurt", "Dirrty", "Your Body", "Lady Marmalade", "Reflection", and "Candyman".
187Janis Ian
188Dory Previn
189Tim Buckley

The fact a genius like Tim is so far down this list shows the people do not understand songwriting and the power of the voice nowadays.

190Tim Hardin
191Mickey Newbury
192Fred DurstWilliam Frederick "Fred" Durst is an American musician and film director. Durst is best known as the vocalist of the nu metal band Limp Bizkit, formed in 1994, with whom he has released six studio albums.
193Gackt
194Bruno MarsPeter Gene Hernandez, professionally known by his stage name Bruno Mars, is an American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, and choreographer.
195Phy Roslan

He has powerful voice. He also can write a wonderful songs.
I love his songs. I think he has a good talent ever...

196Bob SegerRobert Clark "Bob" Seger is an American singer-songwriter, guitarist and pianist. As a locally successful Detroit-area artist, he performed and recorded as Bob Seger and the Last Heard and Bob Seger System throughout the 1960s.

For sure this list is waked, 178 and so far not a single blues artist; Muddy Waters had some songs that were pure blues poetry, same for many others of the genre. Amy Winehouse in the list, why, 'cause she died in the last ten years? Prince, yes belongs on the list, but not for dance choro, multi-instrumentalist (impressive, yes but this list is about songwriting). Bruno Mars, let's see in ten years how many of his songs people can remember.

Something is definitely wrong with Seger being this low.

Bob Seger should be in the top 75 at the very least.

197Brett Dennen

Deserves to be way up on this list, I guarantee anyone who listens will fall in love with his lyrics and voice.

198David Gray

So underrated songs like Babylon are amazing.

199Patrick StumpPatrick Martin Stumph, known professionally as Patrick Vaughn Stump, is an American singer, songwriter, musician, record producer, actor and music critic, best known as the lead vocalist, guitarist, pianist and composer of Fall Out Boy, an American rock band from Wilmette, Illinois.

I think Pete Wentz is FOBs songwriter.

200Willie Nelson

One of the all time greats. No reason for him to be out of the top 30.

Come on folks what? Willie should be top ten at least. Way above all these amatures!
