The Top Ten
1 Brian Molko

THE MOST UNIQUE VOICE EVER! The voice that make me smile, the voice than makes me cry, the voice that gets me cured from various soul diseases. The best voice

Brian's voice is with Ville Valo together the best voice in the whole world for me. Without it, I wouldn't listen to music, because I do not care for others. I love you so much! I listen to your voice every single day and I've got over hundreds of pictures of you. One day I will go to a concert of you!

Brian's songs, music, voise are the perfection in its whole meaning. I think there's no such awesome and gorgeus vocalist in the world. Best wishes and good luck to Brian

I can listen to this voice all time. I can live without this voice. When I listen to Brian's voice my heart begin feel all more emotional. Every time I hear his song I feel so much love. I am so happy - I was on Placebo's gig in Moscow. It was the best day of my life/

Beyoncé is miles above all her peers; a master technician and THE MOST VERSATILE singer nowadays. Her vocal range is connected and supported throughout. She has the strongest lower register of all mezzos, a powerful and versatile belting register and an operatic head voice. Her masterful use of riffs, runs and melisma is second to none (only Mariah can match Beyoncé's skill). She's also very creative with her harmonies and backing vocals, as well as very good at live improvs.

She's also incredibly versatile, with the ability to modify her tone and voice to match any musical genre, including XO (Halo), Synthpop (Sweet Dreams), R&B (Love on Top), Soul (Speechless), Power Ballads (I Was Here), Gospel (Take My Hand), Country (Daddy Lessons), Acoustic (Die with You), Alt Rock (Don't Hurt Yourself), Funk (Schoolin' Life), Blues (I'd Rather Go Blind), etc.

Only musically illiterate people question Beyoncé's masterful vocals. Any person who knows just A LITTLE BIT about music ...more

3 Adam Levine Adam Noah Levine is an American singer and songwriter. He is the lead vocalist for the Los Angeles pop rock band Maroon 5. ...read more.

Adam Levine Is an amazing Singer as for he can crack an awesome loud song 'Harder To Breathe' and can drop his voice to a slower softer song like 'Wont Go Home Without You'. If You Disagree I suggest that you should try these 5 songs 'This Love' 'Misery' 'Wake Up Call' 'Makes Me Wonder' and 'Moves Like Jagger' these songs aren't all my favourites but I believe that these five songs should mark out the differences his vocal skills can reach.

Also the band rarely has the same beat with every song. In fact with every single song I believe he can change his vocal range ridiculously well like the song he did with slash 'Gotten' I first didn't realise that he was the singer of the song until I actually read who slash did this song with. Also I think the band Maroon 5 Rock.

Plus should I add that I believe he is a brilliant judge/mentor for the show "The Voice"

Adam Levine to me should at least be in the top 3

I believe Adam Levine should be at least 2nd on this list with such an amazing vocal change not just the loud to the massive drop but he can change the speed of his vocals go too with Gotten as it was a very slow song to Little of your time. Now not only does he only sing he is almost a Multi-Instumentalist

Adam Levine has also helped to keep Rock alive on the charts at least three times single handedly

He and Billie Joe Armstrong are easily top 5

Pleasantly surprised to see him this high

5 Amy Winehouse Amy Jade Winehouse was an English singer and songwriter known for her deep expressive contralto vocals and her eclectic mix of musical genres, including soul, rhythm and blues, and jazz. She is also a well-known member of the 27 Club, as she overdosed on alcohol at age 27.

Amy Winehouse is a great example of how you can combine vintage, old-school sounds with a fresh, innovative and somewhat funky style. Her jazzy, cavernous vocals brin us back to the Golden Age of Jazz crooners such as Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, Dinah Washington and Billie Holiday. Her songwriting style is tremendously unique, ver live performances (in both the Frank and Back To Black era) are incomparably stunning to those of other modern artists and her looks+personality make her special from any other artist from the 2000's. Ms. Winehouse will always be remembered as the voice of our generation, whether you like the idea or not, as well as for opening the gates to a whole new generation of odd female singers, songwriters and performers.

Kelly Clarkson has a rare voice that transcends typical pop music stereotypes. Each song sounds so effortless, and the tone of her voice is rivaled only by the great songstresses of the past (Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, etc. ). Her range is unmatched by anyone in modern music.

Incredible singer. Never lip syncs when he sings live. Never uses auto tune. He can go from singing or screaming in this case "Given up" with the 17 second scream to turning around and singing "Numb", or "Leave out all the rest".

Best singer in the whole world, and also the best singer from the 2000's. I would compare him to singers from the past decades too.

Unique and powerful, best voice of rock music and best male voice of the century.

The best. Don't believe me? Listen to Leave Out All The Rest and then to Given Up.

Ranked at second place of all the best rock singers. Better than Freddie Mercury, too.

24 Matt Bellamy Matthew James "Matt" Bellamy is an English musician, singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and composer. He is most famous for being the main vocalist in alternative rock band "Muse".

Matthew is the Freddie Mercury of our generation. Due to the fact that Muse songs are rarely considered "popular" by the masses, he is extremely underrated on this list. Judging by the artists above Mr. Bellamy that I've heard, he deserves to be in the top 3, at bare minimum.

Honestly if alex turner was on this list which he should be, I'd put him, but matt bellamy is pretty damn close

What a crime that he isn't farther up the list. By far one of the top voices in music.

25 Shakira Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll is a Colombian-Spanish singer, songwriter, dancer, record producer, choreographer, and model.

Her voice is unique.
