Fred is very underrated and was unfairly criticised in the World Cup. He was already one of the oldest in the squad and he was very under pressured against Germany, the Germany and Holland defense was very hard and Fred was Booed for trying his best and that made him retire from international soccer. How David Luiz is higher than him I don't know.
