11 Corey Haim Corey Haim was born on December 23 1971, in Toronto Ontario. He grew up in the Toronto suburbs of Thornhill and Willowdale, and attended such schools as Pineway Public School, Baythorn Public School, Royal Orchard Public School, German Mills Public School, and Zion Heights Junior High School. He took drama lessons, and eventually ended up in the film industry, and becoming so successful in them, that his family moved with him to Hollywood where he got roles in such movies as 'Lucas,' 'The Lost Boys,' 'Licence To Drive,' etc. Corey Haim died on March 10, 2010, at the age of 38 years, in Burbank California, resulting from complications with Pneumonia.
