An amazing performance by an epic band. Say what you want about Genesis but Phil Collins vocal range is amazing and this is the band at their live best. Unstoppable.

205 Santana (Palast der Republik, East Berlin 1987)

Are you guys really serious, not including the band who played World Music before it was even invented?

This concert features Carlos Santana at his last hippie incarnation, and a band including a 4 percussionists, Alphonso Johnson on bass, Chester Thompson on keyboards and Buddy Miles singing and playing guitar!
This is a music powerhouse!

Oh my, I waited ALL my life and then where do I get to see them but in Hyde Park. Not once, but twice. There was not a single song out of place and to have Mick Taylor back to do some songs from those albums was a special treat. Thanks to the chap from Birmingham who took "sympathy on an old hippy! "

A lifetime wait fulfilled in the most thrilling manner. Not a single song out of place. Charlie Wood even spoke! Thanks to the chap from Birmingham who had "sympathy for an ol' hippy"... ;-)

219 Avenged Sevenfold (Jahrhunderthalle 2013)
