Mew is a Psychic-type Mythical Pokémon created by Nintendo's and Game Freak's Pokémon media franchise. Designed by Satoshi Tajiri, it was introduced in Pokémon Red and Blue. Mew is capable of learning every move in the games (except signature moves of certain Pokémon), and can shapeshift into other Pokémon species. It's original Japanese sprite made it look like a disgusting fetus, but now it looks like a cute space kitteh. And why the HELL is Kyogre, Groudon and Rayquaza on this list? They are not cute at all. Especially Groudon. And why Rattata? It's not legendary.
Mew is a cute catlike Pokemon that has a laugh to brighten your day, and is just cute all around. even when fighting mewtwo it is just adorable and doesn't frown or act serious just has a happy and giggly smile.
It has one of the most adorable laughs ever, it's powerful, adorable, a legandary, and is willing to help humans, even if it doesn't know them. Yes I watched the movie. Mew is playful, so he'd be a great Pokemon to have!

The reason why I choose victini its because this pokemon is really cute and really powerful I know that this pokemon is not one of the top 10 strongest legendary pokemon but this legendary has stand up strong
I fell Victini is the cutest because of how it speaks is so cute! If pokemon existed in this world and I was a trainer I would so have a Victini in my party and it be my most favorite one in my team! It is just so cute!

Shaymin, known in Japan as the same name, is a Legendary Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. A cute badass who's power never ceases to amaze me. Whether you're in sky form or in normal form, this thing wrecks havoc with seed flare, and does it while looking extremely cute as well. Definitely one of my all time favorite Pokemon.

Meloetta is a Mythical Pokémon from the Unova Region. It is a Normal and Psychic Type. When it uses the move Relic Song, it turns into a Normal and Fighting Type and changes its appearance. Meloetta is my all time favorite Pokemon! She is absolutely beautiful in both her Aria and Pirouette Form!

The most iconic appearance of Cosmog in the Pokémon franchise is the one owned by Lillie from Pokémon Sun and Moon, nicknamed Nebby. I was about to vote for Jirachi, then I realized this is a LEGENDARY list. Mew, Victini, Jirachi, Meloetta, Diancie, Shaymin, Manaphy, Celebi, Keldeo, Marshadow, and Hoopa are all MYTHICALS. And don't get me started on the non-Legendary OR Mythicals.
