Most Dangerous Sports Kids Can Play

It is about stuff like football and things like that not stuff like base jumping.

The Top TenXW

1American Football

It is so dangerous you can full body tackle someone and break their neck.

They should not have football until junior high/middle school - Unknownguy

2LacrosseLacrosse is a contact team sport played between two teams using a small rubber ball and a long-handled stick called a crosse or lacrosse stick.

I play lacrosse and I get pummeled all the time. yesterday I body checked a kid so hard that I broke 3 of his ribs gave him a concussion and knocked him unconscious and guess what I'm only 10 years old

This sport should be number 1. you get to full-out body slam people and HIT THEM WITH METAL POLES (! ) and its all perfectly legal.

I just had a lacrosse game and I hurt 2 people in less then ten minutes and I didn't mean to but if I was trying they would be screwed and I'm only 12. - Trenton17B

I play football too, but getting hacked at is no fun

3Ice HockeyIce hockey is a contact team sport played on ice, usually in a rink, in which two teams of skaters use their sticks to shoot a vulcanized rubber puck into their opponent's net to score points.

Your getting slammed against boards constantly and the body checks are going at up to 50 MPH don't make people mad or they'll beat you up. I have a friend who plays hockey and he has crutches all the time.

I think ice hockey because your constantly being thrown around onto boards so yeh...

Hockey is way harder then girly cheerleader it's just a fact

Seems fun never played it before

5Field Hockey

As a goalkeeper, I can say that not a single field hockey player would step into the goals without a full suit of armour. And guess what. Players have no armour except for shin-pads and a mouth guard. I have seen players splinter elbows, dislocated bones, toes pointed the wrong way. As a full back, I almost had my brains spattered across the turf by a stray ball. In goalkeeper armour, I have almost had bones broken through three centimetres (an inch) of solid/super dense foam plating. Regular players have no armor for the most vulnerable parts of their bodies to protect them ftom a 3-5 kilo, solid ball, travelling at just below tennis serve speeds.

This is a very dangerous sport it like lacrosse but has more pads making it less dangerous.

6Horseback Riding

Dude. This is dangerous. I know multiple people who have been paralyzed and others who can never get on a horse again. I won't go into all this again, but I feel like this is the most dangerous sport. The injuries suffered our horrific. Landing people in the hospital for months, paralyzing, killing. You're working with a skittish animal ten times your size, yet I've seen kids as young as three riding. I'm not saying that's irresponsible, but kids have to be careful with the horses they choose to ride. Ones that are slower and gentle. But even the oldest, slowest, carefulest horse doesn't garuntee your safety.

Horses are dangerous creatures with minds of their own, your trying to control a 1000+lbs animal that can flip at anytime. I have nearly broken my neck and sprained my wrist from one fall. I've seen 4 year olds riding and falling off. Safety is huge with us.

I think this sport is inappropriate for kids. I think horseback riding should be for 16-48 years old, That's my comment

I love watching it

13GymnasticsGymnastics is a sport involving the performance of exercises requiring strength, flexibility, balance and control.

It's probably not the most dangerous, but it's pretty dangerous. I mean gymnast flip on a four inch wide beam, four feet above the ground...

I was made to quit

I loved it though

Shut the F.. K up it is very deadly sport more than lacrosse. You can do a kolman on a high bar first then decide if it more dangerous.
