Top Ten Best Decades Since 1900

The Top Ten
1 2000s

Yeah right in this decade there were better music Taylor Swift better movies cartoons and video games especially 2004-2006 were good in video gaming in this decad today music cartoons and video games is trash! 2009 wasn't that bad better than 2007 nothing interesting!

As a 2000's kid, this decade was pretty good. Things went downhill a little, but music and movies were still pretty enjoyable. Unlike the 2010s.

I was born in 90s yeah man the 2000s are the best decade why? Because the 2000s got them all and the most powerfulest decade of all decades, it can destroy 70s, 80s and 90s with one blast.

2 1960s

The 60s were unique. Not only good music and fashion, etc. But, also it paved the way for equality. Civil Rights Act of 1964, desegregation, Voting Rights Act in 1965, Women's rights as well. Gay rights were becoming more popular. Interracial Relationships also became legalized everywhere. Everything was changing. Unlike now, Music was good, there was lots of talent, and people could actually speak their minds without anyone getting so easily offended.

The Beatles, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Dusty Springfield, Nancy Sinatra, The Supremes, Steppenwolf, The Turtles, The Tokens, The Rolling Stones, Skeeter Davis, Lesley Gore, The Archies, Sonny & Cher, Elvis Presley, Aretha Franklin, Jefferson Airplane, Velvet Underground, The Beach Boys, The Monkees, The Drifters, Simon & Garfunkel, Dixie Cups, The Ronettes, Darlene Love, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Leonard Cohen, Marvin Gaye, The Band, Neil Diamond,

My favorite decade along with the 1990s in the decade better cartoons Scooby doo came out in 1969 and artist like The Archie's also the song monster mash Sonny and Cher were introduced Godzilla movies of the Japanese cinema Elvis Presley great movies and marvel and DC comics shows were the best bring back every decade or a time travel by the way!

I am really interested in this whole era mainly because of the music. The music is amazing! I love Lesley Gore, The 4 Seasons, Beatles, Archies, beach boys and so many more. Movies were good! I love to listen to my grandparents tell me stories to what it was like to be a teen back then!

3 1980s

The 1980s are the best decade ever! I'm 13 and I think it has the best entertainment (movies, arcades, the rise of home Nintendo consoles), best music, best fashion, and everything! Millennials don't acknowledge the 80s because "technology is everything". Kids these days have no taste.

Even though I was born in the 2000s, I still love 1980s music, fashion and movies. I just love everything about the 80s.

Michael Jackson, Queen, Madonna, The Bangles, Bananarama, The Smiths, Depeche Mode, Europe, Survivor, Cyndi Lauper, The Police, The Cars, Guns ā€˜Nā€™ Roses, Elton John, New Kids On The Block, Billy Idol, Starship, Whitney Houston, Katrina & The Waves, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, Simple Minds, Bonnie Tyler, Paula Abdul, INXS, The B-52ā€™s, Phil Collins, Rick Springfield, Styx, REO Speedwagon, Bryan Adams, U2, Prince, Wham!, Toto,

The 80s is a seminal decade and I think it is the most fun a healthy decade of them all.

4 1990s

A lot of my favorite things came in this decade - SNES games like Super Mario World, N64 games like Super Mario 64 and Zelda: Ocarina of Time, as well as the return of Star Wars (even though the only one that came out in this decade was the worst one - yes I'm talking about episode 1) and even my favorite T.V. show, Seinfeld! This one may not have had the great things that have come from inbetween 2000 and 2018, like Super Mario Sunshine, Galaxy, or Odyssey nor even Star Wars episodes 7 and 8, BUT STILL,1990 is the best decade yet! Most people like the 80s better, because that decade was pratically the birth year of Nintendo and Star Wars episode 5, but there were a lot more good things that came in the 90s!

5 2010s

So I was born in 1999 with an older brother and sister born in 1998 and a younger sister born 2000 and a younger brother born in 2005. Thus 90s-2010s were great decades. There's a song called Welcome To The Disco by Macross 82-89. I miss the 2010s along with the 2000s too while I hate the 2020s. More I here that song the more I hate 2020's decade, that song was released somewhere around 2008-2017 and I was a 9 to a teen around that time. There was no pandemic, school was easier for me as a 1999 born, and I had a normal freshman and sophomore year at college 2017-2019. Me as a class of 2023 person I'd rather go back to 2013 rather than 2023, Welcome To The Disco by Macross 82-89 is so nostalgic and all the years from 2010-2019 deserves to be remembered by 2030. Take me back to 2004-2019 when everything wasn't impacted by covid.
