Oslo is not only one of the best capital cities in Europe but it’s also one of the best capital cities in the world. Oslo is a really clean city and its crime rate is one of the lowest in the world, therefore making Oslo one of the safest countries in the world. Its restaurants serve delicious food and its buildings are beautiful to look at. Not to mention the beautiful cold weather and friendly citizens.

4 Amsterdam - Netherlands

It was a hard decision to make, between Berlin, Prague and Stockholm. Shame, Munich, Florence, Leeds and Zurich aren't capital cities.

Craddle of Roman Empire, Vatican Museums, Colosseum: amazing organized tour guidings. Love suppli from the local pizzerias, the amazing gelato with panna. On the opposite, very chaotic bus and tram transportation.

Rome is a very beautiful city. Lots of beautiful monuments. It should be the most beautiful city in the world
