She was also the central character just like ash. Piplup and pikachu are best friends and dawn and ash are best friends. I love her so much... I think she should return... She is perfect for ash, she should be her girlfriend. Although they didn't show any relationship, but several moments are there which show they are made for each other
She is the best. I don't know why many people consider Serena as the best girl. She is the best and this list conveys it clearly. I thought Brock would be #1 but I am happy because she is the best. I love ash because he befriended her.

Plus, he was one of the original companions! Both Misty and Brock are great companions for Ash, since their characters and personalities make for a good team. Brock is my favorite due to how funny he is and because Ash wouldn't be who he is today without Brock. Come on, he had the best quotes! I will take my frying pan, and use it as a drying pan in hopes that Brock with travel with Ash again.

Ugh, funny thing was I hated her in the beginning because of how she kept on moaning about her bike. that's what makes her character development even more darn impressive because I loved her by the very end of it.

Probably has the best character development in the show. She actually has a role and isn't just someone Ash travels with. Her character doesn't rely on her interactions with Ash to make her interesting like Misty and Serena, and she isn't just another girl Ash travels with like Iris. Dawn's another great companion of Ash, she's actually my favorite, but I feel like May doesn't get the love and attention she deserves.
May is the best
Serena has proven to be a kind and polite girl but she can also be openly rebellious towards her mother, Grace. Maybe who has the best development is just an opinion, but I think May and Dawn had more than Serena. Her crush on Ash is annoying. I could handle it at first, but once I got 50-60 episodes into XY it seemed to get worse. Her character would be so much better if the majority of her biggest moments didn't involve Ash.
Serena is the best of all she is really amazing and so cute she always supports ash and help's him and shows him the right way so she's the best of all even though she came only in one season she's the best

Everybody is focusing on the way she was in the BEGINNING, which is where she sucked. They are also spreading lies about he rbeing a manipulative slut, and claiming that she does not even care about her Pokemon at all. Which is just stupid, to me anyway, to be honest. She may have sucked at first, BUT, well,sShe grows and matures just as much as the rest of the characters do.

His invention dynamic was hilarious, and his quirks weren't quite as irritating as Cilan's. He was probably the least memorable of the Kalos Crew, but that's not really saying all so much since they were all very good in they're own right. Clemont was a very good character and the perfect successor to Brock.
He had great character development. His dynamic and chemistry with his sister Bonnie was the best in the xy series, and really the whole anime. Ash and him also had a great dynamic and were a nice compliment to each other.
Epic inventions
I didn't really like Max because I found him to b e an annoying know-it-all. But Bonnie sort of fixed all of Max's very problems. She's very cute, and she's very passionate about her dreams. her dynamics with Squishy and Dedene were especially entertaining. I would really love to see her become an official Pokemon trainer. if they ever replace Ash as the protagonist, well then, I HOPE ITS WITH HER!
It's way too early to place her insanely high up since we are only like, 5 episodes into the sun and moon anime, iirc. but, however, well, I am really liking what I see from her so far.
Iris is from the Pokemon bwhite version & Pokemon black 2 & white. She ether was the gym leader in Opelucid city in white version. She first appeared to aid Bianca, Burgh, and the playable character when Bianca's Munna was stolen, & acted as a bodyguard. In Black 2 & White 2, she was the champion. Iris specializes in dragon types. ...read more. Take away her annoying "little kid" "catchphrase" and then she's actually a pretty good character to me.
Cilan is one of the three Gym Leaders of Striaton City's Gym, known officially as the Striaton Gym, in Pokemon Black and White. In the anime, he is classified as an A-class Pokemon Connoisseur and traveled with Ash Ketchum in the Unova region. He first debuted in Triple Leaders, Team Threats!. Liked his food puns. I just hate how he always uses them all of the time.
