BioWare is a Canadian video game developer based in Edmonton, Alberta. Since 2007, the company has been owned by American publisher Electronic Arts. I love Bioware (they created Mass Effect), but they did one bad thing - fairly screw up Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood by giving Modern Amy Rose a scarily negative-tempered attitude, make the story more fanfiction-esque than Cars 2 (which I actually like) and have an incredibly lazy presentation with Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood. They have Pac-Man World (PS1), Metal Gear (franchise), Classic Crash Bandicoot, Uncharted, Croc, Gran Turismo and Classic Spyro on their consoles. What's wrong with that?
Attempting to trademark a word, requiring payment for online (so does Microsoft, calm down), relying on 3rd party exclusives... They deserve to be on that list.
