Just because Russia declared war first doesn't mean they are better. They didn't even finish the war of and Britain was better they made the biggest contribution to allied victory.

French army should be number One by Far. The French army has got 8.400.000 soldiers, they were the biggest army in the western in 1914 and in 1918. French army kill more german than any other country. (certainly over a million). 1.397.000 French soldiers died for their country. 2.400.000 Wounded for a population of 39 millions. (Germany population was around 70 Millions).

France stood up and took really high casualties while actually still not collapsing
