Top Ten Greatest Rap Albums

The Contenders: Page 6XW

101The Incredible True Story - Logic

One of the realest rappers in a while, he puts this album together in such away that you feel immersed in this universe he puts you in. His writing and flow is too good to be placed this low

Probably one of the most underrated rapper/story teller coming into the game today. The way he paints pictures makes me reminisce about the first time I heard nas' illmatic

Get this album, plug your phone into some speakers in your room, lay down on your bed, and listen from start to finish.

Deepest stuff being written in any genre right now. Prod also great.

102Section.80 - Kendrick Lamar

Really stupid that this is so low because it's so much better than mad city (I love them both though)

It's a joke that this classic is anywhere beyond top 15

This is top ten. Why is it so low here.

Most underrated album ever

103Moment of Truth - Gang Starr

An absolute masterpiece of philospphy, wisdom, awareness and reflection. Guru and premier work together like yin and yang.

104Hell: The Sequel

One of my favorite rap albums of all time - WillWords

So good like one of Eminem best albums

A good album, but just can't compete with the Eminem show, slim shady lp or marshall mathers lp

105The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill - Lauryn Hill

She deserves a lot more than to be rated 139. This album is tight.

Nice mix of rapping and singing

110Run DMC - Run DMC
111American Gangster - Jay-Z

Post retirement album named after the movie American Gangster is one of a kind, Keep making hit music.

112God's Son - Nas

Man this should be farther up the list

Illmatic is my favorite album. Godson was awesome as well. As a matter of fact all Nas's albums were great. I'm not in to hip-pop like Eminem and Jay-z. I don't think either of them suck I just feel Nas is better.

114Wu-Tang Forever - Wu-Tang Clan

HOW IS THIS SO LOW?!? Hands down greatest hip hop album of all time ever. Not just the production, the flow from track to track (continuation), the lyricism, the message(s), the personality, the vibe... it has everything.

115Rue Des Saules - Koriass
116Walking Under Stars - Hilltop Hoods
117The Adventures of Bobby Ray Jr. - B.O.B
