I really hate Eminem's fan base. I really do. They made Eminem the most overrated rapper of all time.
It is the best album of Eminem and of course best hip hop album... Slim shady is crazy
Every track is a classic, Even under the influence (which I honestly quite liked)
This is easily the best rap album of all time. Personally, I don't think any album is as meaningful and down to earth as Illmatic. It truly is an unbelievably good album. It shaped the rap industry and influenced the likes of Biggie, Tupac and even Eminem. In his track 'Ether' Nas says, "name a rapper that I ain't infuence" where he just shreds Jay Z apart.
My top 5 artists in order go Tupac, Biggie, Kendrick, Eminem and then Nas but this album is just straight fire and formed a building block in the Hip Hop genre. Too bad these mumble rappers came into the scene and have virtually ruined this great genre, the music produced now days will never compare to hip hop in 90's but Kendrick is special and I believe he could possibly come close if he puts out another great album.
1. Illmatic-Nas
2. Enter the Wu Tang(36 chambers)
3. Paid in Full-Eric B and Rakim
4. It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back-Public Enemy
5. Straight outta Compton-N.W.A.
Eminem is not the rap god the real rap god is nas
Eminem has the worst fanbase of all time
His flow is the best on this album than all other of his albums.
Why isn't this number one it is one of the most influential rap albums with some of the best and most original lyrics
Hell yeah! Only Midnight Marauders, It takes a nation of millions to hold us back and Enter the Wu-Tang can touch this!
Best Record Tupac Ever Had
This is the best rap album because of its legacy memorability and greatness R.I.P Easy E
Bloody Hell! It should be at number 1. Those who never heard this album should drown themselves in water. Every song of this album is awesome. Especially "LOVE THE WAY YOU LIE FT RIHANNA" is the best. Love it, it brings the beast out of me.
Best album ever
