Hardest Track and Field Running Events

I do track and I did this event in all the meets and it was pretty tiring afterwards. nice list

It is truly the hardest because I need form and a lot of stamina

Have to have the endurance of a distance runner with the speed of a 400m sprinter! It's the hardest, but also the most rewarding
