Like his hair, beard, eyebrows, nose, smile are so perfect. He has a nice body type. And his expressions are cute and charming.

Like physically even more attractive than Flynn Rider, in my opinion, but when you take into account the personality too, Flynn is pretty hot I suppose, so I can see why he is first place. I think they are both attractive and deserve heir high ranking positions

Hot does not simply mean ''pretty to look at''. Or, not in the sense that a character is attractive. Pitch is clever, stylish and amusing, even when he's a grouch. There is a lot he could work on and sure, he wouldn't always be easy to get along with, but it wouldn't surprise me if he could be redeemed as a character, or even be in a relationship. At least, it would be more likely than Jack being in a relationship.
