No because Lil Wayne won't even go away. It's 2016 and I'll never understand why Lil Wayne survived past his Lolipop album. Most of the things he released after Lolipop has been pure garbage. Almost all of these artists on this list started their careers in the 2000s and somehow, they have refused to leave. I guarantee you, these people will be remembered BECAUSE THEY WON'T GO AWAY.
