Bullet Bill is so beasty but it sucks that you can only get it when your coming last. Its invincible and nothing can destroy it. Its about 5x the normal speed of a cart and if it touches you it knocks you out of the way. It won't stop until your first.

Get it at 3rd to last place. I think you go about 3 times faster. You can steer not like Bullet Bill which goes automatically, so you can aim your opponents. You can slow down Bullet Bills by going in front of them. JUST BE WARNED: They don't last for long, so be careful! NOTE: I'm familiar to this game one and all; SO I'M A PRO EXPERT!

The bule winged shell is epic because when you use it, you have a blue shell that targets first place and just destroys them. But it really sucks when your first and someone else does it on you.
The golden mushroom is perfect for long straightaways! Like, if you go on a ramp while using it you'll skip obstacles that could slow you down it rocks it rocks!
It's awesome and it's certainly better than the red shell
