109Lzzy Hale - HalestormElizabeth Mae "Lzzy" Hale is an American singer, songwriter, and musician. She is best known as the lead singer and rhythm guitarist of the American hard rock band Halestorm, which she co-founded in 1997.

Not only does she have the best rough female vocals I have ever heard, but she has as much range and power and anyone on the list. She can sing clean as good as any pop or rock singer and her screams are fantastic and she can hold them out for so long. So much energy in her performance too. She will definitely become one of the greats.

Lzzy has the roughest girl voice in metal/rock, excluding girls that scream.
