I'm surprised this wasn't't already here. Major parts of every game rely on Shepard's charisma. In the first game, Shepard turns a team of amateurs into a battle-hardened and closely-bonded team. In the second, he/she has to recruit a team for a possible suicide mission and keep them from killing each other, and ends up with all of their loyalty and respect. In the third, he/she has to rally the whole galaxy to fight a war. Plus, just listen to any of their rousing speeches!
