Hey I'm looking for the most EVIL characters you guys can think of, I've added some in my opinion though their sure to change.
He is just plain spooky. He doesn't talk. He does nothing but stalk and torture people, and everything about him is just unnatural.
Her motive is so evil it's awesome.
I admit he doesn't have the most intimidating appearance, but what he might lack in appearance, he makes up for in intelligence and the fact that he isn't above killing civilians deliberately.
He ordered an entire city to be nuked.
He massacred thousands of civilians at Zachaev Airport.
He activated a series of biochemical weapons all over Western Europe, killing hundreds of people.
He kidnapped the Russian President and his daughter.

Jack is definitely one of the more sinister types. He is easily the most evil character I have ever seen. Here are the reasons:
1. Uses his mask to suck the souls from heroes and live on eternally.
2. Kills many people for power, including an old friend.
3. Forces the people of Albion to believe he is good and then utterly betrays them.
4. Coaxes Lady Grey and many others into going insane and doing evil deeds.
He even looks scary. His mask and creepy voice are some of the most bone-chilling things ever.
Kerrigan is easily number one on the top 100 video game female villains. She's sinister. She's sly. She turns her enemies into the things they despise most and then makes them suffer until she feels like wiping them out. She wipes out her 'allies' behind their backs and is very taunting. But most of all, everyone feels sorry for her... something she wants.
Kerrigan is infested and then kills her leader to seize power for herself. She causes an old friend (whom she now despises) to kill his matriarch so that she doesn't kill him. Instead of killing Zeratul, she forces him to live with his newly found guilt. MEAN.
Fighting Giygas is like fighting the stuff that nightmares are made of. He is by far the most horrifying video game character ever.
Holy alien and Steven Universe ripoff, it's my scariest childhood trauma: fetus Giygas! He is too scary for me.
