Ranging from quintet to septet, the band is known for its unique and eclectic style, which fused elements of country, folk, bluegrass, blues, reggae, rock, improvisational jazz, psychedelia, space rock, for live performances more.

What is with all the bands above these guys. They are al not underrated bands. Bands like Green Day queen and Pink Floyd? Do you live under a rock?

123 SafetySuit
124 Sixx:A.M.

In my opinion Sixx AM are one of the most underrated bands of all time, and they deserve so much more attention then they've got. They're seriously among the best bands if you ask me, not just in the music, but in the lyrics also, they're amazing, have an awesome sound and great message...

125 38 Special

This band is amazing and seriously underrated. Go to Wikipedia and see the little information of this band - enough said. "Like no other Night" my favorite, "If I'd been the One", "Caught up in You", "Chain Lightning". When Chain Lightning came out, I played that song over and over until I decided to listen to "Like no other Night". This band should be in the Hall of Fame next to Aretha Franklin - sarcasm. Seriously though.

38 Special is extremely underrated. It seems like nobody knows their name, but they have some popular songs: "hold on loosely" "rocking into the night" "caught up in you". These are just a few great songs by a great but underappreciated band.

126 Blue Öyster Cult Blue Öyster Cult Blue Öyster Cult is an American rock band from Long Island, New York, whose most successful work includes the hard rock and heavy metal songs "(Don't Fear) The Reaper", "Godzilla" and "Burnin' for You".
127 Prefab Sprout
128 Sublime Sublime Sublime was an American ska punk band from Long Beach, California, formed in 1988. The band's line-up, unchanged until their breakup, consisted of Bradley Nowell, Eric Wilson and Bud Gaugh.

So underrated! Santeria is amazing. No questions asked. So is Same In The End. So is Pawn Shop. So is Wrong Way. So is What I Got. So is Jail House. So is Seeds. So is Garden Grove.

129 The Verve The Verve The Verve were an English rock band formed in Wigan in 1990 by lead vocalist Richard Ashcroft, guitarist Nick McCabe, bass guitarist Simon Jones and drummer Peter Salisbury. Guitarist and keyboard player Simon Tong became a member at a later date. V 1 Comment

133 The Shins
134 Judas Priest Judas Priest Judas Priest are a British heavy metal band formed in Birmingham, England, in 1969. The band has sold over 45 million albums to date.

Judas Priest created heavy metal, they were the first that wore the leathers and they're the first metal band without the blues influences

135 Skillet Skillet Skillet is an American Christian rock band formed in Memphis, Tennessee in 1996 and based in the United States.
136 Triumph Triumph Triumph is a Canadian hard rock power trio that was popular in the late 1970s through the 1980s. Between the band's 16 albums and DVDs, Triumph has received 18 gold and 9 platinum awards in Canada and the United States.

A phenomenal band whose musical prowess is quite frankly unparalleled by nearly all. Consisting of merely 3 members, Rik Emmett mixes soothing classical guitar playing with hard, fast, hard rock shredding to compose some of the most prodigious and intricate riffs and verses, kept in beat by the wonderfully rhythmical beats of Gil Moore on drums and sharing lead vocals with Emmett, along with the bass of Mike Levine. This band surpasses all that I have ever heard, which is an extremely extensive list rangin from both extremely popular and almost unheard of bands from the 60's to early 90's.

Forgot how good they were, maybe top five all time

137 Chevelle Chevelle Chevelle is an American rock band that formed in 1995 in the Chicago suburb of Grayslake, Illinois. The band was originally composed of brothers: Pete Loeffler, Sam Loeffler and Joe Loeffler. V 1 Comment

139 Focus
140 AC/DC AC/DC AC/DC are a Australian hard rock band, formed in November 1973 by brothers Malcolm and Angus Young, who continued as members until Malcolm's illness and departure in 2014. They were fronted by Bon Scott until his untimely death due to alcohol poisoning in 1980, after which they hired Brian Johnson to more.

Why is AC/DC on this list? They are incredibly overrated!
