Songs such as Radioactive, I'm So Sorry, and Friction are good for getting things done quickly. Songs like Smoke + Mirrors, The Unknown, and Nothing Left To Say/Rocks are good for focusing and doing things diligently. Then there is Dream to just make you sob and forget what you were thinking about - gabgriffinfcs
I love songs like Polaroid, Friction, Amsterdam, and Radiactive!V1 Comment
Never tried to study when listening to Evanescence, but I think it's a good idea - BlueFrostOfThunderClanV1 Comment
Breaking Benjamin is a very good choice for their mixture of technicality and their Post-Grunge/Alternative Metal Sound! - CastlevaniaFanboy128
I find it very hard to listen to heavy metal while concentrating the mind so this list is kind of awkward to me. However, studying while listening to Pink Floyd is something I can really relate to.
Pink Floyd is a progressive band, that tends to be a lot of psychedelic Rock too! Listening through one of their albums makes you think a lot better! - CastlevaniaFanboy128
I find myself asking "What Shall I Do? " when trying to study. Then I realize, "oh yeah I listen to Pink Floyd! " - Lasvegasxavier
Tool is like a musical math lesson from Danny Carey himself. Lateralus helped me remember the Fibonacci sequence in math class. Also 46 and 2 helped me remember the number of chromosomes a human has. (46 in case you were wondering)
Tool is a band, that talks in their songs about matters, like evoluzion of man into gods or just adds mathematical systems to their songs!
Definitely Tool is the most intelligent band of them all! - CastlevaniaFanboy128
One of the few rock bands in 2010s. Honestly, rock is my favorite genre of music. Go skillet!
I love this band, but I don't think I can listen to Skillet while studying because this might happen :
*listens to Skillet - Whispers in the Dark*
Me : *closes book and starts jumping on the bed while singing along and headbanging* - BlueFrostOfThunderClan
OK Computer, The Bends, Kid A, and In Rainbows are all classics and are just the perfect albums to study to!
Radioheads mixture of Grunge and Electronic Rock is very interesting and made this band stand out a lot! OK Computer was perfect in my opinion! - CastlevaniaFanboy128V2 Comments
Lindsey is the by far the best music for studying!V2 Comments
I studied for the final exam listening to Taylor Swift and I ended up failing Kindergarten
She gave me a lot of courage in her song
She is so cool I studied my maths by singing her song bad blood and she helped me to get FULL MARKS!
I love Taylor's songs!V3 Comments
Muse is a band similar to Radiohead! Their vocals and sound let you slide away and help you with studying! - CastlevaniaFanboy128V2 Comments
The Beatles are a obvious choice! They're psychedelic with their later albums and poppy with their earlier work! And besides nearly everyone likes this band! - CastlevaniaFanboy128
The Beatles are sort of the musical answer to most things, I find. - BKAllmighty
R.I.P John Lennon And George Harrison. I wish I could bring them back to lifeV1 Comment
Look, Dream Theater is easily my favorite band, but let's remember the name of the list. Two things that would distract you, therefore you probably shouldn't listen to them if you want to focus, are metal and progressive rock. Dream Theater is both of those. Amazing band, but I would never study to them. - Songsta41
For effective studying and not having to worry about choosing songs every 5 minutes, Dream Theater is great. Also they offer lengthy instrumental breaks which are helpful for studying.
Green Day are good for anything, studying, casual listening, literally anything. Can't recommend good songs, because they are all AMAZING!
A Thousand Suns is the best album to listen to when you're studying.V3 Comments
