25 EXO EXO Exo is a South Korean-Chinese boy group based in Seoul. Formed by S.M. Entertainment in 2011, the group debuted in 2012 with twelve members separated into two subgroups, EXO-K and EXO-M, performing music in Korean and Mandarin, respectively.

I don't think Exo should perform at the Olympics. They're a Korean band. KOREAN. But moreover, they don't even speak/understand Japanese or have Japanese songs. They never promoted in Japan, so why would they deserve to perform at the Olympics?

They're Korean so...they should perform at 2018 winter olympics since it's going to be in PyeongChang, South Korea

They are lovely twins. Their voice sounds like teenagers, and full of energy. We will very exctied if vocaloid's member performs on Tokyo Olympic Game.

31 AKB48

They would give people the wrong impression of Jpop. AKB48 are incredibly sugary, even when compared to other idol groups and sometimes their vocals are squeaky and on the verge of screaming. Their dances are cringe worthy and their target audience would give them a bad reputation and make Jpop labelled as an 'old man/ naive teenage boys' fantasy.
