Princess Anna of Arendelle is a fictional character who appears in Walt Disney Animation Studios' 53rd animated film Frozen. Perry's underrated, shouldn't even be on the list. He's actually a good character. Anna is the extreme stereotype of "annoyingly quirky". It's irritating.

Olaf the Snowman is a character from the 2013 animated film Frozen, produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios. This stupid snowman is the only reason people watch frozen and the only reason the movie is funny. But he just makes really annoying jokes at the most inconvenient times. Plus almost all of his gags were used in the trailers to get people to see the movie.

Yeah Waddles is pretty overrated. I can't even explain it he's just... and everyone's saying "oh waddles is not overrated" EXACTLY! THAT JUST PROVES IT
I don't believe Waddles sung a ballad that ended up on FM RADIO and added to a NOW cd. That, my friend, is overrated.

Why? Because I have not yet known of one character that is flanderized as much as him. Sure, Bill is a great character with lots of potential. But in the fandom... Oh boy.
Let's start with the fact that SO many people obsess over him. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, it's just a key factor in an overrated character. Another thing is the flanderization. It's absolutely asinine what these fangirls make of this triangle with a top hat- one minute he's the mischievous dream demon we all know- the next, he's suddenly a blonde pretty-boy anime yaoi! Seriously? I guess there are no boys in this show considered "hot", so these fangirls had to resort to using a damn triangle as their template. I love Bill. He's my favourite villain! However, people freak out over him way too much. Kill the sexy, human bill pictures. Ok I don't mind that to much. What I hate is people pairing him with Dipper. He ain't a yandere!
He gets a lot of credit, but it depends on the fan's portrayal. For example, the tall, smexy, yellow jeff-the-killer is overrated, but I find this not the case with the floating potato chip.
He's not overrated, he's rated to his cool powers and intelligence and smarts and witty lines and interesting capabilities and stuff.
