Oh my gosh no trainer is like Paul. Holy crap the greatest trainer in the anime ever! His personality, his teams, his strategies, he's basically Silver's long lost brother 😂 I would battle him all the time, if only Game Freak put him in the game!

Gary oak appeared in the anime series in seasons 1-5 . He was ash's rival and childhood friend . Though they had a dispute once they fought over a rusty pokeball they wanted for luck, which broke after they fought over it . Gary was the grandson of professor oak . He had cheerleaders & his own car. There where a lot of things he did to irritate ash, such as write things addressing ash, to picking on him . After he lost to ash at the Johto league, he decided to be a Pokemon researcher ... even though he always beat ash afterwords when they battled .
