I would think THE DARKNESS is still incredibly powerful even if she isn't as powerful as THE SHADOW of THE EMPTY.
I would hoped that THE SHADOW a.k.a THE EMPTY created CHUCK, AMARA and all four horsemen of the apocalypse including the original death and even created Oberon it would been very awesome otherwise supernatural would been almost all a meaningless pointless waste of time.
