Top Ten Rappers of the 2010s 25 Years Old and Younger

The Top Ten
1 Kendrick Lamar Kendrick Lamar Duckworth (born June 17, 1987) is an American rapper and songwriter. Raised in Compton, California, Lamar embarked on his musical career as a teenager under the stage name K-Dot, releasing a mixtape that garnered local attention and led to his signing with indie record label Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE).

How is he below drake?! The best mc shouldn't be about selling more. If that is the case, the discussion itself loses the purpose. All three albums was a classic, and TPAB is not only a classic of hiphop but a classic of black music. You don't see this kind of depth in any other album of this decade. Drake's wordplay is witty and his flow is stylish, but lamar's wordplay is deep, and his flow kills any other rapper currently in this game.

Probably the realest rapper in the game right now. This guy actually cares about the hip hop and black culture. Most rappers are all about britches and money. He is a bomb Ass lyricist with a bomb Ass flow and delivery. This guy also bomb wit his hooks. But he has released 3 albums so far and they are all classics.

2 Chance the Rapper Chancelor Jonathan Bennett, known professionally as Chance the Rapper, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer from the West Chatham neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois.
3 J. Cole Jermaine Lamarr Cole, better known by his stage name J. Cole, is an American hip hop recording artist and record producer.

Can spit and produce at the same time! I give him props for that. Not most rappers do that. Anyway, all three of his albums are classics. He took over 2014 real quick wit his latest album. I wonder why Born Sinner & Cole sideline Story didn't sell as good as his latest.

Cole can flow and his delivery is bomb. He doesn't rap about the same things like Eminem does.

4 Drake Aubrey Drake Graham, known professionally as Drake, is a Canadian rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer and actor, born on October 24, 1986 in Toronto, Canada. He started his career on Canadian reality show "Degrassi: The Next Generation".

He's been releasing nothing but platinum hits so far this decade. Even his newest mixtape with a bunch of throwaway songs went platinum. He is a genius when it comes to his lyrics and ideas. We all know he's going to be considered a legend 5 years later... he is a legend.

5 A$ap Rocky Rakim Mayers, better known by his stage name ASAP Rocky, is an American rapper, record producer, director and actor from Harlem, New York.

ASAP Rocky is great but he's 30.

7 Mac Miller Malcolm James McCormick (January 19, 1992 – September 7, 2018), best known by his stage name Mac Miller, was an American rapper from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was also a noted record producer under the pseudonym Larry Fisherman. Miller died of an apparent drug overdose on September 7, 2018.
8 Tyler the Creator Tyler Gregory Okonma (born March 6, 1991), better known by his stage name Tyler, The Creator, is an American rapper, record producer, and music video director. He is well known for his hostile relations with his now deceased father, whom he addresses in multiple songs and albums telling the audience how much he distastes his father. Tyler has composed seven albums, which are Bastard (2009), Goblin (2011), Wolf (2013), Cherry Bomb (2015), Flower Boy (2017), IGOR (2019), and Call Me If You Get Lost (2021).
9 Joey Badass Jo-Vaughn Virginie Scott, better known by his stage name Joey Badass, is an American hip hop recording artist and actor.

Deserves #1 no cap because first of all he's made some of the greater modern rap albums of all time and secondly, most of these rappers are about to turn 30.

I'd say Joyner and K.Dot are "technically" better rappers, but this guys seems to get less traction than Hopsin. Disrespectful.

10 Big Sean Sean Michael Leonard Anderson, known professionally as Big Sean, is an American hip hop recording artist from Detroit, Michigan.
The Contenders
11 Wale Olubowale Victor Akintimehin, better known by his stage name Wale, is an American recording artist, record producer and actor.
