Best Rappers of All Time
The Contenders: Page 5XW
Mobb deep has some of the realist lyrics, beats and flow out there,
Especially their older songs like Survival of the fittest and
Hell on earth. Putting mobb deep at 90 is like putting big
Or PAC last, how is Wayne at 2!?
90?! The two lyrical poets of queens bridge get NINETY?! And Wayne is third?! These dudes should be no lower than twenty, but ninety?!?! The best hip hop duo ever ( or possibly outkast) is ninety?! These dudes would top most of the people above them- make them SHOOK ONES!
MOBB DEEP! That's all I gotta say! Shok ones part two! Keeping it real NYC!
Mobb Deep is amazing, Havoc and Prodigy are both amazing. Survival of the Fittest and The Shook Ones Part 2 are insane songsV32 Comments
His raps and freestyles are amazing. But he is so against the system he doesn't fit the pretense for a rapper, listening to classical jazz for inspiration for his songs about the odd (Stalking, murder and necrophilia to name a few), this man sees the world through different eyes. His rise to fame only documents that he evokes an unspoken part of us, a visionary to the dark and untouched part of our souls.
Tyler has some of the most original and creative ideas out there, not only the hip-hop scene but in all of music in general. I mean how many artists have full albums with underlying story lines, and not only that; have story lines that cross into other albums that make trilogies (perhaps, the story line theory is a bit of an argument in itself, but nonetheless definitely exists to some degree)? Lets also not forget what makes a good rapper; a rapper that can break the color barrier and start a cult following with a young fan base with no particular aimed demographic. His music is great too, lets not forget Tyler, like other OF members, is behind all the mixing and producing in all of his albums, which shows he's a talented musician talented on and off the mic. Definitely a well rounded artist, he's even evolving as an artist as we can see in his album 'Cherry Bomb', with his more alternative to hip-hop influences such as jazz coming through. No matter how much I say about Tyler, the ...more - Graham
Tyler's lyrics and flow are strange and different than every other rapper out there, but it seems to work for him. He is not afraid to push boundaries or speak his mind which is what makes him so cool and interesting. He deserves to be much farther up on the list.
He's a savage funnyV45 Comments
Singer of the best lyrics, was a shame he was dead, unforgettable songs like Till I collapse and the next episode
Nate should be top 5, I don't are what anyone thinks! Listen to any of his songs and you'll understand. In all of his songs he is amazing. Great flow, boss lyrics and catchy as anything, even in his less popular songs. For him to be this low down is a disgrace, most people beating him are nobodies with no talent. When he died the world lost a great rapper. RIP Nate Dogg
Should be much higher. Hell nate Dogg has made songs with most of the top 15 rappers on any list like this. He is the definition of a Rap/hip hop chorus and although not as famous as others in the top he was extremely talented.
Why is Nate so low on this list he and Warren G were one of the best duos rap ever had.V28 Comments
He is a real rapper, he say real thing...
His Skills Are head and shoulders above others. Specially in TeXting!
He IS AweSome!
Sadegh is Rare and God is Unparalleled
His text is the bestV140 Comments
Inspectah deck is definitely the number one, HANDS DOWN! He is like a rapper for college professors. I don't even care that none of you like him, because you wouldn't understand what he says anyways. So basically I'm saying his rap skill is off the charts not to mention his flow, which I don't think anybody could match. Number one. Listen to triumph by wu tang. Then you'll see. - originalmc
All of Wu tang definitely belongs above John Cena. - eatmaxeat
How is u-god ranked above deck? God is okay but deck is top 50 hands down - ChrisHenry
Triumph being my favorite track OF ALL TIME, there ain't no way deck should be this low on the list. Also what is lil Wayne doing so high up?V9 Comments
Father od gang in iran the be3t in IRAN

X to the Z Xzibit, He has made some good songs over the years. Definitely one of the faces of West Coast Rap
Xzibit is the definition of a West Coast n****. Pimp My Ride is the best show ever made, and he is the best host
Xzibit is the best host, funniest guy ver on Pimp My Ride! And he is a very underrated guy in Hip-Hop
#1 rapper everV23 Comments
Rick ross is fat slob who is a fake cop
Rick ross is not a "gangsta" like he says he is. He was a corrections officer. You really can't get ant less gangsta than that
"What the f do f think you looking at I'm the f boss" no your not you rhyme the same things together like 22
Its impossible for this guy to be number 91V26 Comments
He is sacred rapper... Number 1 in Iran
Sorena is a god of hip hop on the word...
I Love " Ali Sorena " Very Much... He Is Best.
His the best rapper after ho3einV100 Comments
The more I think about it, the more I'm starting to see Chris Brown...as inferior to his ripoff Jason DeRulo.
At least Jason DeRulo isn't astonishingly bad, at least he rarely is. Chris Brown has Deuces, Look At Me Now, Ayo, Loyal, Birthday Cake, and Turn Up The Music under his belt.
If you have that track record, you are no longer bothering with artistic integrity. - WonkeyDude98
These hoes ain't loyal was literally the best song of 2014 and his first song Run It topped the billboard hot 100. Chris Brown was the first male singer sine Diddy in 1997 to have a debut single top the billboard hot 100.
I only like his song Look At Me Now and a few other songs and that's sit. I don't like Chris Brown anymore because in one of his songs he said "These hoes ain't loyal."
Chris should be way higher he is better then some lil wayneV32 Comments
No One Can Do It Better is essential rap/hip-hop material and it's a sin that he's not top-10, minimally. "Portrait of a Master Piece, " "The Formula, " "Whirlwind Pyramid, " the NWA crew on the "The Grand Finale" -- classic stuff!
I cannot believe that the D.O.C. is number 125 on this list. He revolutionized rap and had the best flow, lyrics and style. I understand why he is not Top 5 or even 10 because of the car crash, but he deserves much higher than 125. Much respect
"It's Funky Enough" is one of the best songs ever
He ghostwrote for Dre and NWA even before his accident, and contributed heavily to Dre's the Chronic. A true unsung hero of hip hop.V4 Comments
The fact that Black Thought is this low on a top rappers list has got to be the most out of control logic I have ever been exposed to. Whoever made this list should go back to listening to Country music.
Plus, Eminem is a great rapper but he is not number 1.
this list is bullcrap how the hell is lil wayne in the top 10 and black thought of the roots isn't even on the damn list. Black Thought of The Roots is definitely one of the best of all time -
Black Thought is probably one of the most underrated rappers EVER. The album Illadelph Halflife is a masterpiece. In my opinion, Black Thought is better than Jay Z, Dr Dre, Eminem and Lil Wayne by FAR.
I actually like the roots a lot better than some groups that people consider "better" like cypress hill. Philly has a comparative shortage of rappers, but the Roots are certainly a group to be proud of.V14 Comments
Not the best ever but 117? The fact John Cena is like 40 shows the true knowledge of hip hop on this page... Which is absolutely none... I mean how are you gonna have Pun at 70? Absolute craziness... WALE is head and shoulders above any rapper from the freshman class except for Cole end of story
Young, up, and coming. Nice verse, good flows, and poetic. Give a couple of his mixtapes a listen and I promise you won't regret it.
What! HE SHOULD BE IN THE TOP 10! Wale makes real rap music, has great beats, and is definitely what mainstream rap needs! Listen to "Ambition" and you'll know what I mean! VOTE 4 WALE!
Wale is a beast better than kendrick lamar poetry wise this list needs to be redone and the person needs to pass a background test - roadrageV9 Comments
One of the best flows out there, with good lyrics, too. The guy has African poet and college professor genes in him, and he sure as hell uses them. No one can put together the multiple rhyme bars that Earl can do and not sound bad.
The reason he's over 100 is because he's in Odd Future and hasn't been recognized since 2010 when he was shipped off for releasing one of the best rap albums of the decade at age 16.
Wait til his first solo album after returning from boarding school, this man is gonna be on top.
This dude is on his way to number one and seriously is amazing I think of as a whole should be able to get at least top 20 they make their own beats and their own show and on top of it all they have literally the best time on stage and make their shows amazing but earl for sure has the most talent in that whole group
This man will own the game one day. The way he uses assonance is amazing and can rap about literally any subject to boot. Not to mention he is only 18 and has 3 ALBUMS coming out very soon.
Lyrically amazingV28 Comments
Ya boy 100 bars of death, some of the people I'm seeing past the 100 mark is unreal they should be in the top 30! Ya boy and meek mill should be at least in the top 30 what is this page about? Will.I.am cannot rap an he's higher? Wheres all the true g's at who listen to genuine rap music!
It's funny how people are so ignorant and have so much hate over this controversial artist. She's very successful, she definitely surpasses everyone from the top 20+... I'm not really sure why people don't accept her. People say she's fake... Say she has no talent... Say she's horrible. Do they even realize how hard it is to be in the business? To actually have millions of fans? 16 million twitter followers. That's right, more than Lil Wayne, Eminem, etc. She's not just making music but she's giving inspiration to millions of people, she's not only innovative in music but in fashion and acting. She's no doubt one of the most unique artists ever to walk in. It is her creativity that is so unique and different. She's not afraid to show it and be herself. She doesn't care who hates her or who doesn't like her. She doesn't want to please everyone. She wants to please her fans and those who support her. Being a female in the rap industry is automatically against her with common pop-culture ...more
She is the best I personally say she should be number 1 or 2 seriously has the best albums more fans and her songs blow you away if she is not the best you guys must be crazy I mean she has the most mysterious way of doing what she does best and if that's not a good reason well here's another nicki minaj is about expressing what she feels and does to grab our attention open your eyes this chick can rap I mean lil kim got nothing on her.. She has so many wonderful songs she doesn't deserve to be number 53
Nicki Minaj should be at number one! A lot of people believe that she's talentless but to be honest, they are so wrong. Nicki has this way to express herself in music! She gets really into it. Her voice changes in certain songs because she shows anger, kindness, and emotion her music. Anaconda was made to make over weighed girls feel good about themselves because apparently, butts are trending this year and Anaconda makes over weighed girls feel good about themselves. So many thick girls thanked Nicki for the song Anaconda, so stop judging it by the music video! Listen to the songs Marilyn Monroe, Masquerade, Save Me, Young Forever, Freedom, Champion, Grand Piano, Bed Of Lies, Mona Lisa, I Lied, Pills N Potions, and so many more emotional songs. It's simply that her not so emotional songs get really famous. I'm sick of so many people disrespecting Nicki. She shows a strong female lead! She inspires many woman to not be afraid to do something "unlady" like. Listen to the whole song of ...more
