Top 10 Reasons Why Big Hero 6 Is Better Than Frozen

The Top Ten
1 It actually makes you laugh

Ahem, ahem. Where to begin?
Frozen was very predictable with a ton of plot holes and unnecessary characters. And too many songs. First we hear Frozen Heart. And next is Do you Want To Build a Snowman. Then we hear For the First time in forever. And then love is an open door comes up. Then not long after that there's let it go and more. It's not a bad movie, but it's very overrated.
Now, Big hero 6 is a good movie. I've watched it many times and I'm not tired of it.
You know what? I think I'll go watch it again now.

Yup! So many scenes like we jumped out a window, the scene with the air blowing, the scene when Hiro and Baymax are running away before they go to the Police's, and the funniest scene of all HAIRY BABY! The part when he's going to the place when he's holding a microbot was funny, including the song! My best part of this scene was when he's walking!

Whoever made this list deserves a medal. Big Hero 6 is an AMAZING, underrated movie with a great story and awesome characters and music. Frozen is a STUPID, overrated movie with an unoriginal story and annoying characters and music. I hate Frozen with a passion.

I totally agree! I've seen millions of funny movies, but this is, hands down, the funniest movie I've ever seen (even though I cried five times and still do to this day), and is therefore my very favorite movie ever! I still can't BELIEVE some people never even heard of this movie?

2 Baymax the inflatable comedian

Watching Olaf trying to make people laugh: =/
Watching Baymax trying to help Hiro: Oh my God

Also I just want to point out, San Fransokyo is SO much more imaginative than plain, common, average Arendelle.

Baymax was a pretty good character. He wasn't useless like Olaf. Frozen would have been just fine without Olaf (hate Frozen though). BH6 would have been nothing without Baymax.

Olaf isn't bad, he's cute. But not so funny. How many funny Olaf moments were there, anyway?
But that moment where Baymax says Balalalalalala always gets me.

Unlike Olaf, Baymax is funny and delightful. He's not just a one trick pony, he has depth. That's more than I can say for Olaf

3 Better setting

I don't think it has a better setting than Frozen. I mean, we have the big snowy mountains of Norway an then we have Tokyo. Frozen has a way better setting.

I'm SICK of Disney Making movies set in the 18th or 19th century! It's about time they made a high-tech setting since Wreck it Ralph came out!

San Fransokyo is more original than Arendelle. San Fransokyo is a cross between Tokyo and San Francisco.

Another modern day girl fits Anna better than Arendelle's forced canon royal crown princess.

4 Hiro didn't go running off like a baby like Elsa

Ok, here's the main contrast. Elsa allowed her circumstances to control her and therefore didn't control her powers. She selfishly ran away from her problems instead of trying to figure out a way that she could help her country and people. True, she thought she was protecting everyone by leaving, but even when Anna told her of the REAL danger that everyone was actually in, she still didn't try to fix things. In contrast, Hiro goes through one of the most tragic events anyone will ever have to go through with the death of his brother. Tadashi wanted to help people, and he didn't want Hiro to waste his potential on frivolous things. Hiro always looked to Tadashi because he was all he had aside from fantastic Aunt Cass (who also encourages Hiro) for family. Hiro makes the decision to grow from the pain, and yes he grieves, we all would, but he doesn't stay there. He eventually gets back at it, up and going, trying to avenge his brother's death when he finds out it wasn't an accident. He ...more

Hiro can actually deal with stuff. On the other hand Elsa runs away, climbs a mountain, builds some kind of castle and sings a song while her kingdom freezes all over and her sister is left devastated. And if her powers are ice/snow then how could she make a dress? That just ONE of the plot holes.

Hiro is 14, and we'll assume Elsa's 20-something. Hiro deals with tough stuff that are life-threatening but when Elsa first sees a sign of trouble she acts like a weak and annoying softie who runs off, builds a damn castle and sings the song that gives people severe diarrhoea and ebola!

Hiro is just a young 14-year-old boy. Elsa is a 21-year-old adult. Hiro can deal with stuff that are way more dangerous and take them down while Elsa acts like some weak and stupid damsel in distress who sings some deadbeat crap.

Take a look again, Frozen fans. Frozen is just a piece of crap

5 Immortals is better than Let It Go

If you think Frozen is awesome, I feel sorry for ya. The entire world, including me, was brainwashed by that ear-shattering song. Took me a while to get over the songs, even longer to get over the entire MOVIE.

As of BH6, you're the best disney film I've watched! Immortals is the BEST.

There are NO WORDS to describe how awesome, up-beat, and catchy Immortals is, not to meation good! Whenever you're sad, just turn it on. You'll be happier singing along to the song. Yeah, everyone was obessed wih Let It Go 2013-early 2014, myself included. But when BH6 came out I started hating it (I hated it all ready, but I made up my mind I hated it even more).

To be honest, I used to be so obsessed with Let It Go. But after listening to Immortals, then I agree that it's a better song than Let It Go!

There Hiro plays the guitar, Baymax plays the drums, Gogo twerks, Honey Lemon plays the sax, Wasabi No Ginger plays the turntables and Jake plays the piano like Luigi from Mario.

6 Underrated

It's so underrated it hurts! Comparing it to crappy boring films like how to train your dragon 2. That movie made me fall asleep, it's rubbish. It is one of my favourites ever! It deserved the Oscar no matter what people say! It's wonderful, emotional and funny, makes you cry, and makes you want to watch it over and over again.

To be honest, Big Hero 6 handled a lot of the same issues Frozen did (feeling isolated, losing people close to you, not knowing who you're really up against). But BH6, as a whole, dealt with those issues far better than Frozen did, yet Frozen's still getting praise for dealing with issues they didn't really resolve

Yeah. Big Hero 6 is way better than Frozen. And it's so underrated. It also made me laugh. And kids at the grocery store are always singing Let it Go which is annoying. Frozen is super overrated and it sucks.

I'm sorry but this reason is totally ridiculous. It's like everyone likes this movie only because no one else does, which, I repeat, is RIDICULOUS

7 Haaairrry Baby hairy babyyy.....

Don't forget Balalalalalala.
And there's that moment where Hiro hurts his foot or something and then Baymax is like, "Can I touch it? "
And also Baymax is kind of fat. That's hilarious.

I like Baymax when he acts drunk because he's hilarious and adorable. Like the time he cuddled Mochi...

Whattabout the scene when Baymax's walking on the street when Hiro tries to catch him?

I laughed so hard

8 No people singing the songs over and over again

They didn't sing the songs over and over again because Big Hero 6 is not a musical.

Disney usually is addicted to songs. But Big hero 6 says a no to that!

Oh yeah Anna is just so annoy.

Oh yeah Anna is just so annoying.

9 Anna had too much airtime in her movie

BAWWW! Anna steals the spotlight from Elsa!

Helllo, Anna is the main character next to Elsa. I disagree. Both Anna and Elsa got enough spotlight for their characters to develop. Anna had to learn the hard way about why it s not a good idea to want to get married to a guy she didn't even know for a day. She also lacked a few social skills because she was raised in seclusion, so that was another aspect of her character that developed. Elsa got enough spotlight because she had to remove herself from Arendelle to protect the citizens, and had to learn the lesson about reaching out to others like her sister and learning how to love, which allowed her to learn to control her powers in the end. Because of her love for Anna, both of them saved Arendelle from the never ending winter.

Second, this isn't Anna s fault. I, like everyone else, believe Elsa should've been given MUCH more screen time than what she was given, but this isn't to be blamed on another character. Blame the ...more

Well, in her defense she WAS the protagonist. Everyone thinks Elsa is the protagonist because the beginning was about her just to give the movie some background.

Hm, I wonder why. Its almost like she was... the protagonist!

Well to be honest, she was the protagonist. But, I still like Big Hero 6 better

10 The effects

What's more, microbots weren't designed as weapons, yet Disney made them really look like one!

The way they animated the microbots blew my mind! It was amazing!

The Contenders
11 Baymax fist bump

When I saw this scene in the theaters, everybody was laughing including me.

I told my dad about that, and now we do fist bumps all the time.

Awesome (and slightly funny) great fist bump.

Frozen has no fist bumps at all.
WHY?

I love that movie because of this!

12 No princesses singing retarded songs

That's a very good thing.
I feel sorry for poor Frozen Haters who have to put up with Ana and Elsa's RETARDED songs.

Anna's and Elsa's speaking voices and singing voices are entirely retarded.

The last time I checked, making up a song doesn't make your problems go away.

Anna and Elsa are the worst royal orphaned sisters ever.

13 Big Hero 6 is gender neutral

Yes. Big Hero 6 is for everyone. Male and Female

Frozen is only for sissies and little girls who believe in lame magic. What should little boys do on the other hand?

None of the males have any super powers. Only that dumb snow queen.

Yep. Big Hero 6 fans are way better than the obnoxious Frozen fans. Why don't Frozen fans just let it go, (no pun intended) and move on to something less annoying, and something with characters with decent humor and personality?

I'm a girl with a brother, and we both love big hero 6. Unlike frozen bh6 doesn't have a disney princess title or a romantic subplot, focusing on the important stuff.

BH6 is a movie for all genders. I know Frozen's trying to empower women, but they've gone to far and decided to put down men for their own good.

14 Funnier lines than frozen

Frozen has cheap humor.

You must be some sort of Frozen Fan who doesn't know what a good joke is.

In your face.

Yep. Totally agree. Oh, and this is that superfan who constantly types in capital letters! YES IT'S ME!

Stupid excuse. Everything (almost) said in Frozen is hilarious.

"We jumped out a windoww...! " I was laughing so hard: Baymax was hilarious when he was on low battery.

15 Baymax and Hiro go to save people. Elsa nearly froze her town to death

But it's cliche that Baymax ad Hiro want to save people. The idea of the hero accidentally hurting people is more original. Elsa is having a battle with herself, and that's way cooler than "Baymax and Hiro save people"

I know right! Hiro actually saves his town while Elsa nearly destroys her town! How am I supposed to feel any sympathy for Elsa?!?!

I used to like Frozen, but now I wish I could change my username sigh . Can you do that?

Baymax and Hiro are one of my favorite characters in the film along with the rest of the team

16 Frozen is just Tangled 2.0 while Big Hero 6 actually relies off a comic book from 2008

Tangled sucked anyways. Its humor & story were awful. And who cares? Tangled is just lame & Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door & Phantom Hourglass again.

Anna and Elsa lack an adult brother. Rapunzel has no adult brother.

So what? They just stole off a comic book.

17 The song "Immortals"

We could be immortals immortals
Just not for long for long!
Also I think that song has a meaning. For example, that line was about Hiro and Tadashi and the 'not for long' part was about when Tadashi died.
Let it go is about one thing. Letting. It. Go.

I was thinking this would be on here. Immortals is catchy while Let It Go makes me on ebola

Cool song, is better than Let it go. But I prefer Open Your Heart.

This song is catchy. Very catchy. That's why I like it.

18 "We jumped out of a window! We jumped out of a window!"

What's good about that? At least Big Hero 6 is the best movie ever, Frozen being the worst!

What's so great about this line is that Baymax said it!

OH my god that part! I replayed it thrice and laughed at all times

Whats so great about that line?

19 Elsa actually hates her sister and Anna didn't even try to help her while Baymax helps Hiro cope with his brother's death

Elsa does not hate Anna. Anna tried to help Elsa, too. Both sisters are much more strong than cowardly. And Baymax, thank you for helping out Hiro Hamada anyways.

Let us talk about Luigi (Mario) and Silver the Hedgehog.

Queen Elsa is a RIPOFF of Luigi.
Whether it is Disney or Marvel, Tadashi Hamada will forever be such an inspiration of Luigi.

No, we're not. You people can't take any criticism at frozen. You call us Melanie's, mean old writers, how old are you, 2?

Are you SERIOUS? Anna tried to help elsa! She risked her life to go out an save her!

20 Baymax is actually smart and Olaf is stupid, annoying, and pathetic

Actually, Olaf is stupid, annoying, and pathetic. Let me explain why: Olaf wanted Summer, and he was too stupid to know he would melt. Baymax is smarter than Olaf, which is a shame because Olaf is a living creature, with no artificial body parts like Baymax, even though Baymax is a man-made thing. Olaf is annoying because his voice is loud and pipey, plus he kept falling and tripping over things, losing his body parts, which just jeopardized Anna's "mission" even more. On the other hand, Baymax seemed to be acting "annoying" by not getting figurative expressions, but he is a machine, who was only put to work a couple days ago, so that's a perfect excuse why he kept on asking "annoying" questions. Olaf is pathetic because he was put there for three reasons: One, he says this famous line, "Some people are worth melting for.". Two, they needed some "jokes" (Just really lame puns adults tell kids, just because they're "appropriate for their age. ) Finally three: the movie-makers wanted a ...more

Baymax is only smart because of his programming. Yes, I prefer Baymax over Olaf, but is calling Olaf stupid and pathetic really necessary? I mean: WE KNOW YOU DISLIKE FROZEN. But think of the people out there who don't like their favorite thing be dissed. I mean, you clearly wouldn't like someone saying that Big Hero 6 was a waste of time. Just think before you say something because you'll never know who you'd hurt. And in my opinion, Frozen and Big Hero 6 are both amazing movies.

Olaf isn't actually annoying, stupid or pathetic. (Okay, maybe he's a little dim because he didn't even know he'd melt.) It's not necessary to call him that. But I agree that Baymax is better. He's smart, funny and he actually tries to help Hiro and he's successful doing that. But Olaf is just kind of a tagalong.

Olaf was a pathetic excuse for comedic relief.

21 The plot is great
22 Baymax and Hiro are likable Anna and Elsa are not because they act like babies and basically, they screw each others lives

These days, everyone is expected to like Frozen. Forced to watch Frozen at school, and in special tutoring. But also they played it in happy calm child and only 2 girls sang! All boys and the remaining girls hated it! Plus we were the older team, The Star Swimming Cobras, so why would you play baby music to us instead of The Beach Flower Band? At least I got real Disney music on the way home. Like I'll make a man out of you, You'll be in my heart, Hakuna matata, and Go the distance. Oh and and I was lucky, because Eye Pillows were next and they are my favorite! (You put them on and they have you imagine you are in an environment and the nature is magical.)

Elsa is so pathetic... Just because she wasn't accepted she ran off crying to the nearest mountain? The perfect example of cowardice. Hiro had his older brother killed, which is so much worse than not being accepted... Yet he faced the situation bravely instead of running away like a loser. Now tell me who's better.
By the way, I was forced to watch frozen at my school... The girls wouldn't stop screaming about it.
And also, this is just to shut up the Frozen fans, who think Elsa is so great when in reality she's nearly as pathetic as Sakura.

Tadashi Hamada is the name of Hiro's big brother. The one whom those stupid writers of Big Hero 6 killed off. What were those Big Hero 6 stupid writers thinking killing Tadashi Hamada off? Huh? You forgot to add Tadashi Hamada too, didn't you? Blame the writers of Big Hero 6 for killing Tadashi Hamada off, will you?

Ok so baymax helped Hiro deal with the fact that tadashi was dead.Elsa hit her sister in the head instead of letting her fall and break a leg.A BROKEN LEG ISN'T LIFE THREATING! And then well elsa is singing a stupid song she hits anna in the ' heart. So I'm pretty sure it's just elsa who screws up anna's life.

23 No kissing

I absolutely hate kissing scenes they gross me out and I'm a GIRL. my two favorite movies of all time (big hero 6 being my first favorite and 9 being second favorite) does not have kissing. although it would be adorable for hiro to have love interest, if not oh well.

Anna and Kristoff kissed at the end while Big Hero 6 has NONE. It shows how stupid and corny Frozen is.

I didn't see kissing in either movie...

24 Hiro and Tadashi are better siblings than Anna and Elsa.

Anna and Elsa were fantastic sisters

You right! Anna and Elsa are still fantastic sisters. Anna and Elsa are the best sisters ever. It's always Jennifer Lee's fault for shattering Anna and Elsa's sisterly friendship and relationship bond. I really hate Jennifer Lee for doing that. I would never ever even hate Jennifer Lee if she hadn't shattered Anna and Elsa's sisterly friendship and relationship bond, Anna and Elsa could've remain inseparable sister best friends forever if it weren't for stupid Jennifer Lee's stupid decision for creating accidents by shattering Anna and Elsa's sisterly friendship relationship bond. Anna and Elsa's sisterly friendship and relationship bond is supposed to be way too strong and too hard to be shattered. Stupid Jennifer Lee shattering Anna and Elsa's sisterly friendship/relationship bond.

Anna and Elsa are orphaned siblings too just like Hiro and Tadashi. I like fictional orphaned siblings a lot. It's just so unfair that Anna and Elsa are forced to be separated after the accident happened. Anna and Elsa deserve to remain inseparable sisters best friends.

Hiro & Tadashi are like Mario & Luigi - brothers that teach other decent meanings and are thoughtful toward each other.

Anna & Elsa are more like Princess Peach and Princess Daisy, two "best friends/sisterly cousins" who quarrel a lot and never love each other.

Um tadashi and Hiro and Anna and Elsa are all good siblings.

25 Anna fell in love with the 2 guys in just minutes

+Frozen Fan Imaginative? So if your daughter met a guy and wants to marry him, that is imaginative? I think not!

Princess Anna is imaginative. You got a problem with her, Anna hating ingrates?

Come on who does that?
