5 Classic Game Room

Oh man, I've been watching these guys ever since I first got into YT gaming videos. I used to have a very big connection with PS1 games and it was cool to see even the least known PSX games get some attention.

CGR is probably the oldest retro video game reviewing show on the internet. With many different variations like CGRUndertow, Classic Game Room deserves this spot.

It's classic flippin game room... With 2085, this show just got even better!

6 ProJared Jared Knabenbauer (born August 28, 1985), better known online as ProJared, is an American YouTube personality. He is best known for his video game reviews and videos related to Dungeons & Dragons. Knabenbauer also worked extensively with various YouTubers outside of his own channel.

ProJared deserves on this list

Good reviewer for such a small channel. Hope to see this one get more viewers in the future.

The welfare series reboot was funny!

Probably the youngest out of all the actual retro game reviewers inspired by AVGN. Also not big at all but very underrated.

One of the youngest retro game reviewers out there inspired by AVGN. Good content that deserves more notoriety.

10 Larry Bundy Jr.

Although Guru Larry doesn't focus on retro games consistanty, he is still recognizable to many YouTube gamers as a "retro gamer". Larry is very good at VO work and is very skilled at sharing with others interesting video game facts that you probably never knew about.

Guru Larry is just downright amazing on his research, by far one of the most original and extensive retro gaming channels on YouTube. How he is virtually never mentioned on these Top Ten lists is beyond me.

Also having really intelligent humor in his videos also helps them be awesome too!

Really funny AND informative, his work is so good, looking up unknown subjects, he makes the others look way behind the times in comparison.
