No rock list is complete without these goliaths of the metal industry. 2013 saw BMTH bring out a new album in the form of "sempiternal" for me one of the best albums I had listened to for a while.

After a short absence danny worsnop and the boys were back to bring us a new album. "FROM DEATH TO DESTINY" feaured a completely remastered and smoother form of music compared to the previous album "stand up and scream"

3 Of Mice and Men Of Mice & Men is an American metalcore band from Orange County, California. The band's lineup currently consists of lead vocalist and bassist Aaron Pauley, guitarists Phil Manansala and Alan Ashby, and drummer Valentino Arteaga.

Although there was no new album from austin carlisles band last year, they featured in a number of festivals and had a UK tour. went to see them live at reading and leeds and they were just incredible.

5 Pierce the Veil Pierce the Veil is an American post-hardcore band from San Diego, California. Formed in 2006, the band was founded by brothers Vic and Mike Fuentes after the disbandment of the group Before Today, which was formed out of the San Diego punk rock scene.

There latest album "collide with the sky" was fantastic. enough said. and they were also bring me the horizons supporting act during there UK tour. saw them both perform in birmingham

This band burst on to the rock scene with there album "i love you" in 2013. absolutely incredible second album.

7 Sleeping With Sirens Sleeping with Sirens is an American rock band from Orlando, Florida currently residing in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The band currently consists of Kellin Quinn, Gabe Barham, Jack Fowler, Nick Martin, and Justin Hills.

After bringing out there album "feel" they finally got global recognition

8 Mayday Parade Mayday Parade is an American rock band from Tallahassee, Florida. Their debut EP Tales Told by Dead Friends was released in 2006, and sold over 50,000 copies without any label support.

This pop punk band just keep getting bigger and bigger.

9 Avenged Sevenfold Avenged Sevenfold is an American heavy metal band, that was formed 1999 in California. Their longest lineup of members was M. Shadows (Vocals), Synyster Gates (Lead Guitar), Zacky Vengeance (Rhythm Guitar), Johnny Christ (Bass Guitar), and The Rev (Drums).

Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan (Drums), their most notable drummer, passed away in 2009, being temporarily replaced by Mike Portnoy, who was replaced by Arin Ilejay, who was finally replaced with Brooks Wackerman. 2013 was the return of rock kings fall out boy, and they really came back with a bang didn't they. their album "save rock and roll" reached number one in the UK

The return of the white stripes legend was imminent as he brought out "blunderbuss" which featured his unconventional style of rock and acoustic merged together.
