They essentially invented what we now call the music video. Their popularity allowed them artistic freedom and budget that nobody else had, and they produced some "short films" that were not simply excerpts from their concerts. Some were pretty weird, but nonetheless entertaining.

I must say the video for I am the walrus is very strange but they get my vote nonetheless

I really love the music video for "Rooster". I loved it so much the first time watching it that I've watched it many times ever since. The video fits the song very well and even features Jerry Cantrell Sr., who is the subject of the song. Awesome song and awesome video!

I really like the video for Over the Hills and Far Away. Although originally done by Gary Moore, Nightwish definitely does it better as if it's their own song. Not only are the vocals better, but so is the instrument.
