Paul is still an extremely talented singer, one of the best in 2016, just because he's been around for a long time doesn't mean he isn't one of the best. Metal is officially a subgenre of rock, you can say it's not all you want, but if you research, you'll find yourself to be wrong. You can't just tell people "Don't add this guy because I think..." This is not about you, it's about the community. I mean I make a lot of lists, and sometimes my favorites get moved out of the top 10, I will make a case for it, but I won't tell people not to vote or add certain items.
