Until I was about 18 I would have not known any Linkin Park songs but even as a little kid I would have known Hound Dog and Jail House Rock.

I think he should be #1 becuase of how much his music has been ingrained into our culture, vs. emeiem and adele, for which I bet most people over 30 could name a single song
