Top Ten Song Questions to Ask TopTenners
I am making this list giving to 2 choices of songs you will have to answer me which one yes some are going to be a bit weird but answer this than ask me more question about songs than I will answer youWithout disregarding the nice work by Eminem, Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody is such a well-done and fairly unique creation there really aren't many songs that would top it in a one to one comparison and certainly not in this choice.
I've got Lose Yourself on this one. Bohemian Rhapsody is actually, in my opinion, the most overrated song of all time. There are many songs that deserve more respect than what it gets, Lose Yourself being one of them.
While Lose Yourself is a good song in its own right, Bohemian Rhapsody is beautiful. The lyrics are very deep, and it's very catchy.
Bohemian Rhapsody gets by vote.
Agree here that American Pie is the choice despite how solid Echoes and Pink Floyd are. American Pie is/was just Too important of a song to take a back seat here.
This is difficult. Since I have to be in the right mood for Echoes, but American Pie is enjoyable at any time, the latter gets my vote.
American Pie for me, Don McLean did a great job making this song and Madonna also did a good job.
A Day In The Life - no contest. Much better, more important subject matter addressed very creatively, fairly straightforward and understandable, as well as very entertaining, musically solid and performed superbly.
I love both of those songs very much, it's hard to chose really. Thriller is my favorite Michael Jackson song while A Day in the Life is my favorite Beatles song. But I'm going to pick A Day in the Life.
I would choose A Day In The Life. I find Thriller a little overrated. But, hell, even MY PARENTS found it overrated when it was released!
No contest but Earth Song, beside it is all about the world.
I think earth song is better
Earth Song gets my vote.
This is a tough call - great songs, great artists, great performances, same unique subject matter... Space Oddity. - no Wait... I think it's going to be a long, long time before I can decide...
Space Oddity. Bowie rules.
Both are firm favourites of mine. Very similar heartbreaking poetry, very similar mind-soothing vibes, but still radically contrasted.
Massive attack
Call me Maybe, confessing that I was a big fan of this and still do.
Down because call me maybe is a steaming train wreck.
Call Me Maybe because I never heard the other one.
Ghosts n Stuff. I'm a big fan of Deadmau5.
Deadmau5 is amazing
Yes, well I don't really think there's any sort of fair comparison between Bruno Mars and Justin Bieber, and I think the list creator likely intended a severe mismatch here.
I pick Just the Way You Are. Even though I hate that song as well, there's at least some originality put in to it. Anything is better than Justin Bieber.
At least Bruno Mars can sing and make good songs. So Bruno Mars by a 1,000 miles.
If I had to choose, it would be baby by favorites out of the two. And I don't like either of these. Anaconda should be Anacondon't
I'll go with Baby. At least it was listenable and didn't try too hard to be sexy unlike Anaconda.
A bad song or another bad song?
Weird comparison. Of course I choose Led Zeppelin.
Stairway to heaven awesome
Is this a serious question?
Love Me Like That wins even know it is not that great it is still better than Baby
I have no clue what R5 is but baby is my least favourite song, so love me like that.
Love Me Like That because even though I haven't heard it anything is better than JB so I choose that one.
Evan though I like The Doors better, I think I have to go with Good Vibrations. I never really cared for Light My Fire.
Ah dammit! It's so hard to choose! They both rock! But I'm gonna have to pick... Light My Fire.
Writing the answer to this question, I'm pickin' up good vibrations.
Same as Monty said - absolutely love Let It Be which comforts me here on Earth, but Bridge Over Troubled Water takes me closer to Heaven
Hmm... Tough one. I'm a really big Beatles fan, but I'm leaning more towards Bridge Over Troubled Water.
Let it Be - anything and everything is so good about this song even though it can have flaws.
Hard Question but I will go Love The Way You Lie
Who's Eniem? I thought I knew that song...but...
Love the way you lie
This is an important question for electronic music fans. Do you take the time to see the art and beauty of dubstep, or just go for some mainstream noise to take the soul from the genre? I go for the former.
She's Always a Woman is gorgeous and underrated, Your Song is bloated with cornball lyrics and overplayed to death.
Your Song is my song
Master of Puppets easy. Megadeth is good, but their songs just can't compete with Metallica's.
Master of Puppets. Megadeth is good, but I really like MoP.
Both are awesome, but I choose Master of Puppets.
Breaking Benjamin.
Breaking Benjamin
Good choices! Waterloo Sunset and The Kinks can often be underappreciated but Behind Blue Eyes, probably my favorite of The Who, gets my vote
I love love love love love love love love love love love LOVE The Who! So that's why I pick Behind Blue Eyes.
Behind Blue Eyes
