Songs With the Most Beautiful Melodies
Beautiful melodies... There are so many. I could name about fifty songs that are too good not to be on this list. I've tried to balance well-known and lesser-known songs. Enjoy!Backed by some of the most beautiful poetry ever written.
Such a delicate list! We thank you PetSounds. I definitely love all the songs that there are here, but I vote for the dreamlike 'The Sound of Silence' by Simon and Garfunkel. I was about to vote 'Vincent' which is also such a beautiful... Like a caress song, but then I felt the need to give my vote to Paul Simon's writing. I have a soft spot for his work. However, it is good to mention that Don McLean wrote Vincent himself and that he is an excellent songwriter as well.
I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed my list, anonymous. And, yes, Paul Simon has a unique quality to his melodies. But his songs were never quite the same without Art Garfunkel's vocal arrangements...
Love love love this song. Always will.
This is one of the most unique songs in terms of melody (released in 2015).
The song is composed of several amazing melodies, each one deserving to be a chorus to different songs.
Believe it or not but this song consists of beautiful melodic choruses and pre- choruses. I've never heard anything like that! I just can't stop singing along from start to finish. And I even forget that it's 8 min long and it's symphonic metal, which is not easy listening in general.
Such a great song with immense positive energy and mind blowing vocals - beautiful, passionate and powerful voice at the same time. This guy is unstoppable - he can handle a 3-hour Broadway musical alone! In the second half of the song he sounds like he doesn't stop to take breath and only sings, sings and sings... Pure eargasm!
Beautiful, happy song
The dog said to the bird 'do you sing the same song every day of your life'
Cute
Have to go with this one. If you haven't ever heard of it, I highly suggest you give it a listen. The melody is wondrous.
I find my self humming the Melody all the time!
Isn't this number one? Surprising...
How is this so low?
