Best Songs of 2015-2016

The Top Ten

1 7 Years - Lukas Graham 7 Years - Lukas Graham

Horrible. Just bad to the absolute maximum. This song is not a tribute to his father, just this Lukas guy tooting his own horn for 3 minutes. Listen to the lyrics in full and you'll agree. The singer of this band is whiny and he sounds like he's singing through a tube. The instrumentation is okay, but kind of sleep-inducing. 3/10.

What are you talking about, this is easily the best song of 2015. It was AMAZING. I've listened to the lyrics, and he doesn't sound any thing like you said, 10/10 - Pyrrhism

This is one of my favorite songs from 2015 to 2016. This best is the song I've ever heard. My favorite thing about this song is that it talks about Lukas life. Once I was 7 years old my momma told me is one of my favorite verse in the song. I promise you, if you listen to this song every single day, then this song is gonna make your life a whole lot better. I love this song.

I'm voting for the second song to put this stupid song down - Iluvnovemberrain

Hehheh, this song is plain garbage and I can't stand it's overplay no mo 1.5/5 - AlphaQ

2 U - Kendrick Lamar U - Kendrick Lamar

This album is so good even one of the worst songs on the album, u, is pretty decent. This album was amazing, I recommend The Blacker The Berry. That song kicks ass.

I can't be the only one who thought u was the best song on To Pimp A Butterfly... - WonkeyDude98

Well this song was better than any other Kendrick song 4/5 - AlphaQ

I'm voting to put it at 1 - Gamecubesarecool193

3 Blackstar - David Bowie Blackstar - David Bowie

It's a great but too long for its own good. If it had stopped around 5 minutes, it would've probably been better.

The Best song of the year RIP David

7 Coming Home, Pt. II - Jackie Evancho Coming Home, Pt. II - Jackie Evancho

Personally I don't like her voice. Not my style. I can understand why others would like her voice. But music is personal and she is not my taste. So nobody is #1 really since music is personal just so you remember that and not to offend with some opinions that "no else has a voice this perfect". Remember nothing is perfect and one's view on close to perfect is also personal. Remember music tastes are very personal and then one's taste is no better than another's taste.

Wonder tribute to our nations heroes. Jackie has great respect of our troops both present and past very unusual for a 15 year old, but Jackie Evancho is unique. Most beautiful voice in the world.

At 16 Jackie has more understanding of music and lyric interpretation than artist 2 or 3 times her age. Thank you Jackie for honoring our troops with this video.

It's simple, really: Jackie has the most beautiful singing voice in the world.

8 Don't Let Me Down - The Chainsmokers Don't Let Me Down - The Chainsmokers

Ugh this song is good but then it has a really sucky bass drop. They turned a beautiful song into a disastrous trap song >:(

How is this last. you suck voters this song rules and if you can't see that well pin rose on your nose because you ain't got no taste for nothing. try getting out... sorry I'm being so rude I just can't get over the fact that this is the last song. I'm depressed angry and filled with hatred.

The Newcomers

? Writing's on the Wall - Jackie Evancho Writing's on the Wall - Jackie Evancho

Jackie has covered many movie themes; this is the latest. There's a well-produced, spy-themed video featuring Jackie's sister Juliet as the "bad guy". - BobG

? Say My Name - Odesza Say My Name - Odesza

The Contenders

11 Love Yourself - Justin Bieber Love Yourself - Justin Bieber

Justin Beiber has always been the epitome of crappy pop music, but when making this album, he really stepped up and showed that he can be taken seriously.

People always have something negative to say about him but he is a great singer and he proved so with this song.

I love Justin I love this song and I love the lyrics its really good catchy everything

You spelled bieber wrong kid

12 Hands to Myself - Selena Gomez Hands to Myself - Selena Gomez

Yeah, not a fan. Selena Gomez is the worst. Her only good song is Same Old Love, and that is a terrible song. Sabrina Carpenter is so much better.

I just love this song. She is a truly amazing singer. She is way better than Ariana Grande.

Nice to see an artist go from the most amazing Disney sitcom of all time to a mature singer with a catchy feel. 5/5 - ProPanda

I mean I could but why would I want to?

13 Stressed Out - Twenty One Pilots Stressed Out - Twenty One Pilots

A lot of people I know hate Twenty-One Pilots. I actually really enjoy their music. - Dawscr

Not their best work, but at least it's really laid back. - Swellow

Whenever I hear this song, I feel like I need stitches.

He's one of the most talented singers. Shawn, Where your grammy already? I'm in love with him and all of his songs. But hands down to stiches.
Shouldve been number 1 xx

17 Work - Rihanna Work - Rihanna

This song is literally the most repetitive song in the world. all it says is "work" and "dirt". I feel like the only reason it got popular is because it's Rihanna

People can not stop sing this song!

20 Apocalypse - Jackie Evancho Apocalypse - Jackie Evancho

This song was written in 2010 well before any of the current songs like "Hello" were released. It was given to Jackie to sing in 2016. Great vocals. If your expecting an opera sounding voice you'll be in for a big surprise.

Jackie has the most beautiful singing voice in the world, & has had that for the past 5-1/2 years. This is a beautiful, tear-jerking song.

At only 16 years of age Jackie projects an understanding of the lyrics that is far beyond her age. Just beautiful.

Changes her voice but it sounds like "Hello"
